While our interaction was limited, I'd recommend at least giving them a call if you have legal questions.

When we needed legal help in a landlord retaliation matter, Stephen Nault was the attorney who…read moreshowed up when no one else would. We called approximately 50 attorneys, and almost all of them represented property owners only, not tenants. We were dealing with a slumlord who began retaliating after being reported to Zoning for multiple violations, including unlawfully converting a single-family home into a duplex in an area that was not zoned for it. Stephen took our case quickly and got involved immediately. From the start, his communication has been outstanding: clear, responsive, and professional. In a situation like this, that kind of engagement makes all the difference. What also sets him apart is that, as a property owner himself, he understands both sides of these disputes. That perspective gave us confidence that he truly understood the issues from every angle. On top of that, his retainer was very reasonable. We are incredibly grateful we found him and very happy with his representation. I would highly recommend Stephen Nault to anyone needing an attorney who is knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to step up when it matters most.
