I called Mr. Abel and he said we could come right over for the notary. He was located less than five minutes away from the bank and his office looked more like a converted house. He was very pleasant and seemed very familiar with the documents we presented for notary. The total bill came to $75, which was slightly higher than the notary services we paid at UPS in Virginia. They charge by the page, and it appears he may charge a flat rate for his services. Perhaps if we use his services again we will ask up front what the charge will be so that there are no surprises.

I called up and they told me "well we mailed them" i was dumbfounded- what do you mean MAILED THEM. She said "oh well we couldnt find our login to the IRS so we have been mailing them, dont worry we will get a return slip when the IRS receives the return" I was PISSED... they never told us they were mailing them. If i wanted them mailed i would have done it myself. The last 2 years were electronic and we got our refund within 2 weeks. Its July and still waiting this year. Now the IRS Posts that they have 11 MILLION paper taxes to file and are behind.... the way things are going we will get 2022 before 2021 thanks to A Plus MAILING OUR RETURN IN AFTER PAYING $200. I am beyond mad. I finally got ahold of someone at the IRS and they do not even have record as of 7/15/22 of receiving our return and to call back in 16 weeks, yes WEEKS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this woman is a thief! she billed us $1047.00 to do my wife's taxes.... then when the income tax…read morecheck came in she also took out the $1047.00 from that as well. when we called her on it she had every excuse she could come up with on why we were charged for it twice. every single excuse eventually had no basis. then she said for 2 months she would refund our debit card never did. so I disputed it with my bank. she sent them documents that it was valid so SHE COULD STILL KEEP THE MONEY. definition of a liar and a thief.
