Korean Style Ramen with Spicy Miso broth

Service was exceptional. Everything we ordered was delicious. For small children, I highly recommend getting them some plain ramen soup and noodles. The sushi was great, the soups are all good. We will definitely be back.

This cute and casual spot lets your taste buds tour parts of Asia and the Pacific without leaving your seat. From ramen to poke bowls, soupy steamed buns (XLB) to natural-tasting and delicious boba tea, this restaurant is perfect for a date and families who love to share (or pretend they do). Their Fried Radish Rice Cake- crispy on the outside, soft on the inside- impressed my kids who tried it for the first time and the rest of us who've had it at dim sum places. Then their Taiwanese Style Noodle Soup was just soup-er with tasty ground pork, shrimp, shiitake fish ball, and soy egg. I highly recommend Dan Zai for anyone who wants to eat their way through Japan, China, Hawaii, and Taiwan- no passport required! NOTES/TIPS: **Plenty of parking in a shared plaza lot. Plenty of seating. **Excellent and attentive service. **Wheelchair-accessible. **On yelp, DoorDash, Grubhub, Caviar, Seamless, MealkeyWay (preferred by business), Uber Eats, Postmates.

    Hibachi Steak w/Shrimp & Noodles

Have been here several times before for the hibachi steak and shrimp meal, but today, I decided to mix it up and try something new. Went with one order of the classic California rolls and two of the Shrimp Tempura rolls. SOO GOOD!!! First off, the Shrimp Tempura serving size was soooo generous! Not to mention, it was drizzled with eel sauce that tasted amazing!!! I also got a side of the hibachi noodles, which are always a staple in my house. I did pick up, midday, so the restaurant was empty and relatively quiet. In short, I knew Dan Zai was good, but these were fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

Food was OK. Not bad, but nothing particularly stood out in terms of taste. I had the lobster Hibachi with fried rice. Sauces were not good, to be honest. Bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was nice.

We've door dashed sushi before from Dan zai and it's always delicious. This is our first time dining in. To start we had pork fried pot stickers, California roll and shrimp tempura roll. All of it was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. For our entrees we had pineapple fried rice with chicken and chicken hibachi with both fried rice and noodles ($1 extra to get both). The pineapple fried rice was great. The hibachi was a huge amount of food and delicious, I just wish the chicken was white meat rather than thigh. The atmosphere was very pleasant as was the service, so attentive! What was especially nice was that you didn't have a set server, everyone was willing to help. To go my son asked for Thai tea with bubbles. He loved it and the packaging was very nice. So excited to have found Dan zai, looking forward to returning!

Dan zai Taiwanese Style Minced Pork Noodle Soup. Great flavor!

Dan zai has become our go to place when we are crazing healthy Asian food. I grew up in Taiwan and the menu has a lot of classic Taiwanese dishes to choose from. We had crab Rangoon: crispy wrapping paper with very soft cheese inside. Delightful. Then we had danzai noodle: great broth, nice fish ball and minced pork. I also got Taiwanese beef noodle: the beef was flavorful and tender. The broth is tasty. We finished the meal with homemade chocolate cake: soft and spongy with the right amount of whipped cream. If you want non-greasy and delicious Asian food, this is a great spot. A casual Asian bistro.

We've been there quite a few times, and the quality of their food is consistently good. No wonder they are doing well, always packed at dinner time. This time we got there early (5:30) to best the crowd and there were already 4 tables with customers. For appetizers, we had their special King Caterpillar (seared salmon with lobster salad), and fried oysters. They have extensive menu so it's always a challenge to decide what to get for entrees. I was craving for noodles so got the Taiwanese minced pork noodles. My husband loved poke bowl, so he got the salmon poke bowl. Everything was delicious. In the past we've tried their juicy dumplings, pancake wrap, and duck bao. They're all good. The place was nicely designed and very clean. Service was friendly and efficient. I also enjoyed watching the programs played on tv talking about how food was prepared traditionally. We've always enjoyed coming here. You should give it a try too when you're in the area.

The sushi was okay. I was a little disappointed and what I received. I normally always get Salmon and Philly rolls so I assumed they would come with cucumber but neither of the rolls did. The picture on DoorDash showed both rolls with cucumber so I didn't think to add an extra note about it. Other than that the quality of the food is great. The rolls are more on the expensive side. I order 2 basic rolls and spent more than $15

This is the best family/kid friendly restaurant I've been to. The highchairs are clean, they give free plastic cups with lids and straw for kids to drink water from, they have chopstick helpers for kids to use, and they gave my kids free cookie snacks. All the staff are nice and friendly. The food is good too. The minced pork noodles and pork chop tasted great. The sauce they gave to go along with the avocado salad is addicting and pairs perfectly with salad. The sushi pizza tasted great but I wish the size was larger. If you're looking for a great ramen place I wouldn't recommend the seafood ramen since for me it just tasted ok. Wouldn't recommend this place for soup dumplings since there wasn't that much soup in them. The coconut shrimp were nice and crunchy. I would definitely go back again to eat.

Saw the spectacular reviews and decided to come in for Ramin on a cold day. Did not like the food at all, we get a lot of Ramen, and this did not taste like Ramin, to be honest Spicy broth beef Ramen was not spicy and had no beef. The two pieces of small beef I had were 85% fat not edible. The veggie spicy Ramen literally had no salt Or flavor . Our server never came back and never asked if we liked it or if we needed something and we had to literally wave hands and wait for hot sauce, which was hard to get more. We had to call over a manager just to get the check and we told her our experience and she gave us a discount but I don't think we're gonna come back and we do not suggest this to anyone I understand if the place is busy, but the place was completely empty and the server did not care at all

Nice location in a strip mall on 22E, so parking is in no way a problem. Large venue, bright, clean, & friendly staff. They are Asian Fusion so you can get foods from different Asian cultures. It's casual, so no need to dress up for it. We had Yummy Yummy Roll, Angel Roll, Naruto Roll, Grilled Beef Rice Bowl, Beef Bao, Juicy Pork Dumplings, Miso Soup, Thai Boba Tea, & Blueberry Soda. Everything was very good. The Beef Rice Bowl took some "jazzing up," but that really a preference thing. I added cherry blossom sauce, which is like a Thai Chili sauce to it. The rolls were excellent, especially the Angel Roll, which ended up ordering another of. The Bao was very good, & the dumplings were as well, although admittedly, they are coming in 3rd place for me when compared to two other places I've recently been. Overall, a good stop for a great meal.

6 Piece Vegetable Dumplings, Crispy Scallion Pancake, Pineapple Fried Rice
    Punura W.

On a Sunday afternoon, my girlfriend and I were in the mood for some Asian cuisine. Dan Zai caught our attention as one of the options were dumplings, since I had been craving dumplings. We arrived near opening time, and the restaurant was not packed which allowed us to be seated right away. After looking at the menu, we ordered the vegetable dumplings, crispy scallion pancake, and shrimp pineapple fried rice. Our starters arrived quickly, and we found the dumplings and scallion pancake to be enjoyable. But I personally wished the scallion pancake had been a bit crispier. The presentation of the shrimp pineapple fried rice was amazing, served inside a pineapple. The flavor of the fried rice was exceptional, and was seasoned very well. The big portion allowed us to share the dish. Overall, Dan Zai proved to be a delightful restaurant to try, and I would certainly recommend it to others seeking tasty Asian fare in the area.

This is easily one of the best ramen spots I've ever tried. They offer a great variety of broths, ranging from clear to creamy and spicy. My personal favorite is the Spicy Miso Ramen; it's the perfect balance of richness and heat, accompanied by incredibly tender pieces of slow-braised pork belly. I also love that you can fully customize your bowl with different toppings to make it exactly to your taste. You also cannot skip their appetizers. This time we ordered the Rock Shrimp Tempura, which was fried to perfection without overcooking the shrimp, and the sauces were the perfect addition. You also need to try their Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, the Bao Buns, and my absolute favorite: the Ika Geso Karaage, which comes with the most delicious mayo dipping sauce.
