Absolutely the worse realtor in the world.......brought my dream home, made several fair offers, finally was able to get to a price, did not request any inspection, any other request. When we came up with a closing date, we were asked to close early as the sellers were out of town. In turn we asked if we could start moving vehicles to the home...just vehicles. Upon the owners closing date (two days later) the home was locked, the garages with my stuff were locked on them, and we were told we were now paying rent for the two days, our stuff was in the garage and shop. (the home was empty for months). We, did not agree, when they closed we received a message if I wanted the keys to the house and garage door openers, I needed to bring a check, in the amount of 500, for the rent, my response there in five minutes, dont leave. When I arrived, there was no one there, just keys and openers. He then harassed our realtor for day, until (without me knowing) settled on a rent, that she paid, of 275 dollars.
