Remember, every time you call of they call, you are being billed. Upon my MILs death, we we assured there would only be a few more minor charges, like utility bills. Not even close. The final straw? We have received 2 bills and upon our investigation, they had not credited our account for a check sent over a month earlier! Now we we received another bill for brand new unspecified charges. Isn't 2 years and 3 months enough time to ​settle an estate?

My opinion is she doesn't take the time to dig into details to accurately represent you. More of a "turn and burn" style of cranking through cases. She is great with email correspondence but I wouldn't go much beyond that. I never had to go to a courtroom with her so I can't comment.
