I'm an out of state homeowner in El Paso and was searching for a local realtor to help me sell my house which was in utter disarray. I contacted several realtors and of that only 2 responded. Jessica and one other. The other "Ran" away after I advised o wanted to sell "as is", not enough commission I'm guessing. When Jessica contacted me and saw the home, I have to admit I thought she was going to run as well. However, I was totally wrong!! She explained her strategy and ideas and she started working her magic. During the process I took notice of the outstanding qualities she brings to her clients. She is ethical, aggressive when she needs to be, communicates regarding the processes and reps as they occur, good and not so good. Plus periodically her assistant Valeria would take her place in order that communication was steadily and consistently flowing. An issue arose with a potential buyer and Jessica really showed her client customer service by protecting my interests. Needless to say, I took time to offer details of my experience with Realtor Jessica Ortiz because sometimes good reputable services are difficult to find. So with that said, if you're selling or buying a home in the El Paso area, if you contract with Jessica Ortiz and her assistant Valeria Uribe, your interests, wishes, and real estate needs will absolutely be a top priority for these 2 professionals!!

Highly recommended…read more I basically stumbled across Yvonne online while house hunting. Lucky me. Before we met she provided me with MLS info based on my requirements. And before we met, I found the house I wanted just from the online info. It was New Year's Eve and she went to bat to get all the paperwork done that day. She found out someone else was making an offer on the house so she helped me with the offer details to ensure I'd be the winner. She's very responsive to random questions, important or trivial. One of the seller's requirements was a 30-day close. I didn't anticipate a problem because I was already pre-qualified by the mortgage company that I'd used before. Turns out they are so under-staffed they said they'd not be able to do anything in 30 days. Yvonne had a referral at hand - Cheryl Montenegro at Finance Home America - who made the deadline without any problem (or at least for me). Yvonne is also great on referrals for service suppliers. I'm fairly new in El Paso so her experienced advice is very useful.

Mariana, another realtor, is born and raised here in the borderlands and knows this place inside and out - with deep roots both in El Paso and Juarez Mexico (se habla espanol) My wife and I were finally set to buy our first home ever - and Christy made that happen! From start to finish she was there for us every step of the way, as was the entire team of Transaction Coordinators working on her behalf. We were never left unsupervised or left "holding the bag" during our first ever home buying experience. We were able to buy a brand new build in an exclusive luxury community, and Christy made sure we had the right lender, with the right APR, with the right incentives ($8k cash from builder), with the right inspections / follow ups and even made them through in a garage door opener! All of that + we brought $0 cash-to-close. How? Christy made sure we were checking the right blocks and working with the right folks. In the last 2.5 years Christy has sold over 125 homes just here in the borderland. The average agent sells 12 per year - Christy is at 25 as July 2024 closes out. She often handles buyers that are overseas and does everything, even the blue tape inspection s for them so they can PCS (move) without the hassle of not having a home. My husband and I had zero idea what we were doing and our realtor, Christy Amsden was with us every step of the way! The woman was even out on a personal vacation and did not hesitate to answer us! Although we apologized for interrupting her vacation, she insisted that it was more than ok still and put any doubts at ease. How incredible service! Christy also made sure that we purchased the best house option for all our needs that also met long term needs that we would want to anticipate. Being in a military town, she advised the best house value for our price point and one that would fit the needs of future military families. She has an excellent understanding of how the turn around rates go for either future buyers or renters. She also made sure she assisted us with our financial representatives to ensure my husband's Disabled Veteran benefits were applied to set up our finances as good as it can be.
