Called me to tell me if I didn't raise my deductible they would drop coverage on my car. So we agreed and raised our deductible. Guess what. They still dropped coverage without even another phone call and of course it's a holiday weekend so no one is in the office or can help. I pay my insurance on time. Never lapsed. 23 years. Paid almost $70,000 in payments to this company and because they had to pay out maybe $8000 in deer and oh yea hail damage over 5 years they drop coverage? That's sad.
