She has been handling…read moremy wreck injury case since February, and throughout this entire miserable rollercoaster of a process, she has been nothing short of amazing. Taylor has been patient, caring, and understanding in ways that went far beyond what I expected. Her knowledge and true desire to help gave me the reassurance I needed to trust the process and finally breathe. Honestly, if it wasn't for her, I don't think I could have survived this experience. I also want to thank Trace and Seth for their guidance and support throughout this case. Knowing I had all three of them in my corner made a world of difference. Having Taylor on my side has been a godsend, and I am beyond grateful for the compassion and dedication she and the team have shown. Our family is very unhappy with attorney Baker Yates' handling of our personal injury case as it…read moredragged out for years. His behavior was okay up until his hiring contract was signed, then his attitude changed into something else. He kept us in the dark as he made important case decisions without first discussing them, and seemed impatient to be rid of the case with the least expense possible. He did not bother to depose any witnesses. At the outset, he stated it was a strong case and Bailey & Greer had the resources to take it to court, but we don't believe it. We paid the price and feel we made a major mistake hiring Baker Yates. If we could do it over, we'd choose a national heavy-hitter with the strategic experience and resources to bring our loved one's personal injury case to a strong conclusion.

Be warned if you are a step parent going to support your spouse and step child she will tell you to sit as a statue and not say a word which is fine but then she will ask your opinion and you will start to say it and she will go off on you telling u that you have zero decision power and this is not your kid its your spouses. I think I left there with my feeling more than shirt because she just couldn't help to rub in my face the whole time that its not my kid nor do I have any power. It is with great pleasure that I write this review. Sheree Hoffman and her Memphis legal team are…read moreall truly AMAZING professionals!! I've been working with Hoffman Law since my initial consultation back in 2007. From my first conversation with Sheree, I knew the connection we made was one that was all about pursuing what was best for my sons future. Recently, Sheree and I have been battling back and forth with my ex-husband...aka "Dead Beat Dad" about unpaid child support arrears in excess of more than $50,000. Even though, my ex was ordered by the court to pay child support when our divorce was finalized in 2003. For several years now he has avoided paying his financial obligation and he continues to purposely attempt to dupe the system by pleading to the courts for a reduction/modification of his current child support order. Permeating a system that is already convoluted with his habitual lies and his silly court room shenanigans. But no matter how many times we have been summoned to court, Sheree and her staff are always ready and prepared to aggressively answer his frivolous petitions. Sheree and her assistant Kim Wall and her daughter Attorney Jenna Hoffman have been quick to respond to all of my requests for help. I am so happy to announce that because of the Hoffman Law firm, my ex-husbands efforts to neglect his children financially have been denied repeatedly. They have been diligent, hardworking, empathetic, and just plain awesome to work with throughout this process....Working with them together was like working with a pitcher/catcher/shortstop trio that is unmatched, hands down. Always pleasant, professional, and just all around great people. I couldn't be more blessed to have connected with them all. If ever I need anything regarding Family Law again, Hoffman Law is on my speed dial: plain and simple. It's apparent that everyone at Hoffman Law is all about family! In closing, while I don't wish the child support or custody battle process on anyone, if you are ever faced with the decision to hire a Family Law attorney in Memphis, TN Hoffman Law should be on your list of first options. My father use to say to me, you get what you pay for, and while Hoffman Law may not be the least expensive firm out there, Hoffman Law is worth their weight in Gold. My sons and I are forever indebted to them all!
