Good afternoon . I want to tell you my experience of buying a car at this dealership. When buying…read morea car, I pointed out the car's shortcomings, to which I was given the answer that they would fix it! 1 . The bumper is set with a gap on one side, which indicates that it was most likely replaced. On the way home, my tire pressure light came on and the fog light fell out (this is the best after sales preparation, maestro bravo. I reported this to Ross, I was given an answer that they would do it the next time I come. I came one more time a week later, you won't believe it, but they didn't reset the sensor error, the interior light bulbs (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if you need it!!) of course didn't come! They tried to fix my fog light, but alas, again failure, the fog light did not fixed and loose. Why is the tire sensor on? Ross's answer - we will do it next time along with the interior lamps (8134030110) (this is the original Ross number, if necessary). As a result of my trip, I received 2 M6 screws to secure the fender liner, and that's all .definitely worth the wait for a week) in the end!!! after 2 weeks Ross simply does not answer or pick up the phone! draw your own conclusion. Unfortunately, nothing was done that was promised in 3 weeks

I needed a pneumatic chisel to cut a groove into the metal, then use that with the chisel to back it out. The crush washer was completely flattened. Its like they used an impact wrench to put the plug on. around the same time my brakes starting squeaking loudly and only got worse. I brought it to a mechanic who then showed me that the pads installed by CSauto were the wrong size. The pads could have broke free causing me to get into an accident. The service this place does on their cars is ridiculous. They have no idea what they're doing and I'd be worried about every car on their lot. Like I said, this place is a joke.

I have been a customer of this dealership for over 20 years, and my experiences have almost always…read morebeen positive, which is why I was disappointed by my recent visit. I purchased my vehicle from the dealership about six months ago. At the time of purchase, I was told that the gas door cap had been repaired by gluing it back onto the fuel door. Unfortunately, that repair was not done properly, and the cap fell off while I was pumping gas. When I brought my car in for an oil change, I explained the situation to the service advisor. I don't know his name, but his attitude was disappointing. He immediately asked how many miles were on the car. I explained that I had purchased it from this dealership only six months ago, and I didn't feel the mileage was relevant since the problem was with a repair that had supposedly been completed before I bought the vehicle. I also mentioned that I had purchased the extended warranty, but he told me it wasn't covered. That wasn't really the point. The issue existed when I purchased the car. Instead of listening and trying to help, he was argumentative and made the interaction uncomfortable. I told him I would rather speak with Carlos, who has always taken great care of me. I can't say enough good things about Carlos. Over the many years I have been coming to this dealership, he has always been professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He is one of the main reasons I continue to return. I also want to recognize Paul Santiago, the Sales Manager. During my visit, I was told my vehicle needed both the engine air filter and cabin air filter replaced. I was frustrated because I had only owned the car for six months. I spoke with Paul, and he immediately listened to my concerns. He understood why I was disappointed and, without hesitation, had both filters replaced at no cost. That level of customer service meant a lot to me. Paul was professional, courteous, and truly showed that he cares about his customers and the dealership's reputation. Employees like Paul and Carlos are the reason I have remained a loyal customer for over two decades. The gas door still needs to be replaced. I was told that a new gas door has been ordered, so I am hoping to receive a call soon to schedule that repair. I appreciate that this is being addressed and look forward to having it completed. While I hope the dealership addresses the customer service I received from the service advisor, I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by Carlos and Paul. They turned a frustrating experience into a much more positive one, and they deserve to be recognized.

I posted a pretty harsh review of the dealer service department last week, and I want to amend it…read more While it is true that I was really unhappy with my dealings regarding warranty work last year, there have been changes at the dealership that have turned things around. Within a day or two of posting my review, I received a text and email from General Manager Christian Kassis and a follow-up phone call this past Saturday. My criticism and complaint stemmed from having to pay over $500 for work that was covered by my Ford PremiumCARE extended warranty because the then manager of the Service Centered failed to follow-up on the warranty claim. This all happened last year, and I had finally gotten around to posting a review. As mentioned, I spoke with Christian this past Saturday, and today being Monday, he has resolved the issue and issued me a reimbursement check. I've gone from incredibly disappointed to incredibly impressed. It is clear to me now that the issue arose from poor execution by the previous Service Manager. That person is no longer with the dealership. So, I've gone from a 1-star to 5-star rating and will be resuming my relationship with the dealership for service and possible future purchase. My thanks to Christian for addressing this issue in such a rapid manner. It almost renews my faith in human nature

My parents are 98 and 96, not very mobile and live literally .1/4 mile from the bank. While getting their finances in order, they were NOT accommodating to their needs whatsoever! For example...My mother totally forgot that she had an IRA with them. I went in person and they would not give me any information, which I somewhat understand; however, I am listed on their checking and savings account. I went back to my parents place and had my mom call the bank [their suggestion] with her credentials so that they could provide the account number for her IRA. They talked to my mom on the phone and got her credentials and then told her that she would have to come in person to get a print out of her account number. They would not release the account number over the phone. Are you kidding me? They were well aware of how immobile she is and still would NOT accommodate. Needless to say, due to their poor customer service, the IRA, and their 3 CD's will be rolled over to Fidelity! STAY AWAY!!!!

My experience with Align Credit Union is a cautionary tale for anyone considering opening an…read moreaccount with them. My husband and I opened an account with them approximately 10 years ago. The first reason was because it was very close to his place of business. Other reasons were because we wanted to have an emergency fund to fall back on and to possibly use it as a vacation fund for a trip to Australia. For the past 10 years my husband used it a few times, for miscellaneous purchases, nothing extravagant, so the money sat there earning VERY LITTLE dividends. All the while, as banks and credit unions do, they were using our money to lend to other people for cars, boats, sometimes probably life saving medical procedures or medications at VERY BIG interest rates. Keeping in mind that Credit Unions are owned by the members they're supposed to serve, our experience during the one time we intended to make a significant purchase, we were confident we'd have no problems with said purchase. We were very wrong. We hired a company to build a storage building in our back yard. We were quoted a price and and were instructed to obtain a permit and as soon as we had that, the job would be scheduled approximately 3 weeks later, and would take 1 day to build. There was no contract, only an order form describing what was ordered, which was sent to us through the mail. The project was supposed to be completed by the end of summer 2025. We applied for a permit and learned it couldn't be approved without site specific plans for our yard and building. We asked the builder to send those plans, and we were told it would be $300. Not an expected expense, but we paid it. Permitting received a PDF of every building the company built, which was not site specific to our project. When we asked for site specific, we were told it would be another $450. If we wanted it expedited, it would be another $250. The expedited time frame was 4 weeks, non expedited was 4 to 6 weeks. We chose to wait the 4 to 6 weeks, considering the difference was negligible. After 6 weeks, when we called to see if the plans were on their way. The representative said she told us it would be 6 to 8 week, not 4 to 6 we "thought" we heard, but of course if we paid the expedited fee, it would be sooner. She was lying of course, but bless her little thieving heart, we waited 2 more weeks for the 8 week time frame. At that time she told us it would be another 3 to 5 weeks, unless we wanted to pay the expedited fee. We had wondered if we were being scammed, but by November, when the promise was that it would be done by August, we knew for sure this company was nothing but a shill, getting every dollar they could before cutting ties with the purchaser. Now, I was fully aware that there are time limits to requesting help recovering money paid using Align credit or debit cards; however, I read the circumstances for extensions of time under the credit union rules, and I was reasonably sure that a building project, because of the time building takes, would qualify for an extension. I wrote to Align Credit Union explaining the circumstances, sending the request for an investigation directly to the President and CEO, Ms. Lydia Vazquez, with whom I was never allowed to speak, nor do I believe her minions ever told her about the letter, and minutes after receiving the request, a woman to whom I had not written, nor had I been introduced or told her authority within the bank, told me there wasn't a thing she could do to help us. Keep in mind, Credit Union Members are Owners. I know Align is not like Bank of America, with thousands of employees and banks across the country and at least some facade about being helpful, but Align Credit Union Headquarters are in Lowell for God's sake. Yet they couldn't even give me a legitimate reason for not offering the most miniscule bit of help to a member/owner. As far as I'm concerned, they are absolutely no better than the company who scammed us, nor are they better than any other scammer across this country. One last bit of icing on their scam cake, when my husband went in to close out our account, they said they couldn't give him all of it because they didn't have enough. He could only have $7,500. He said he be back next week for the rest. No, again. He'd have to tell them how much he wanted and when he'd be in. He told them he wanted $10,000 and when he'd be in. He had to go in 4 unnecessary times to close 1 checking and 1 savings account. Can a Credit Union with so little money be trusted? And I believe Member/Owners who still trust this farce should consider demanding a full audit with guaranteed accurate results distributed to ALL Member/Owners. And in case I haven't been clear, do not expect meaningful help from ANY of these employees. You will neither be viewed as Members, Owners, or even as customers deserving of courtesy or service.
