Over the last several years I have purchased 3 investment properties using the services of elysian…read morerealty. Everytime has been a great experience and I really feel that elysia has been invaluable in finding the type of properties that I want as well the return I am looking for. You can tell elysia loves her job and she knows the market well plus she has an upbeat attitude and never makes me feel like she doesn't have time for me. It's actually enjoyable to go see properties with her and she does a great job sending me properties that I might not have seen otherwise. I look forward to working with her for years to come and building a larger investment portfolio. All transactions have been completed without a hitch in process and she does a great job of explaining every step of the process and any decisions that need to be made as well as their likely consequences. I couldn't ask for a better realtor!

My husband and I have been working with Elysia ("Alicia") for three years now. She is the best…read moreagent we have every had. She is responsive, diligent and very knowledgeable about the area. She spends a lot of her personal time investing in real estate and searching for good deals, so you know she is doing what she is passionate about. She also spends her spare time looking on her own for houses for her clients (including visiting them first). When you ask her about houses in certain areas, she will quickly know the good deals and the houses that are listed too high. She watches houses and constantly knows the status. Most importantly, she easily understands what we are looking for in a house (and we are not easy clients) and only presents houses that she knows we will like. You can't go wrong with Elysia, I highly recommend her.

beware of this realty. I worked with Jordan Barnum. Jordan lied the whole way through. said he…read morelisted the property on a site that I requested and never did. each time I asked Jordan about not being able to see the listing, Jordan assured me that it was listed but I was not able to view it as I didn't have an account. Jordan screwed up the contract and when confronted about it saying industrial property vs commercial property, Jordan said there was not any difference in the two. when finally calling the search engine and finding out our property was never listed and never requested to be listed I confronted Jordan and Jordan cancelled my contract. saying my idea of selling commercial property and his were different. Jordan's ideas were listing the property in the Green Bay newspaper and waiting for someone to come to him. he lied, covered up and cheated me out of a sale. when asking Mark the owner about all this, Mark yelled at me like i was a child and told me good luck in the future. this is a terrible company with low ethics realtors.

We worked with Dave Peot from the Olejniczak Realty team and couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. Dave was proactive in getting our places sold and we felt like we were a priority. He used his relationships and connections to bring in strong buyers for both of our properties and was able to secure our asking price on each of them. My partner and I had very minimal involvement and were able to entrust Dave to manage the whole thing. I highly recommend Dave to handle your real estate transaction and would certainly use him again in the future.

I am VERY upset with my time working with Charity Bayer. She repeatedly put pressure on me to sell…read moremy house through her and sign contracts without giving me enough time to review them. When I started working with her, I thought it would be fine, she was a little hard to get ahold of, but I figured it'd be ok. However, once I let her see my house, and she could provide market research and contracts, everything changed. She became really demanding and pushy. I would politely request time to review all documents, and analyze all the data I was receiving. Then, she would text me every 30 mins with questions and add pressure to sign. It honestly just got worse, and she spiraled. She was very rude, unprofessional, and unethical. I was personally conflicted with her market analysis to sell my house so high when a different realtor gave something I personally believed was more accurate. So, between her inaccurate analysis, which I ended up being right about, and her unprofessional behavior, I decided to politely decline her service and thank her for her time. She then proceeded to text me back 3 finger scrolls worth of text messages on how betrayed she felt and upset she was. I never signed any contracts with her, and we told her we were getting multiple market analysis'. She then proceeded to bill us for a invoice that we never agreed to pay. I politely said I wasn't going to pay that invoice because we never signed a contract. She proceeded to try and send me that invoice 3 more times. I've had enough, so it's lead me to write this review. Her market analysis was inaccurate because I had a house that was 3 beds, 1 bath, 1 stall garage, 1500 sq ft, and she felt it was appropriate to list my house at price that houses that were 3+ bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, 2 stall garages, and similar sq ft. It was a difference of opinion that I was stuck on. I would have still declined even if she was more professional just because of the market analysis. However, her behavior was unacceptable to me.

It appears to me as Executive Realty strives upon quantity of homes listed rather than quality…read morework. Upon first meeting agent Jamie Rhode from Charity Bayer's team, all we heard was how she wanted to work for us. After a bunch of pressure to expedite signing contracts, we decided to test the waters and list only one of our properties with her. She continually wasn't happy with having only one of the listings. The pressure continued over and over again. This was her main goal, gain as many listings on paper. Once the contract is signed it is a whole different game. We were ready to terminate the listing within 24 hours of signing the contract but we wanted to give it a chance. It got worse and then kept spiraling. Just a few of the highlights are: Continually trying to list properties that we were not ready to list, ignoring phone calls, returning texts up to 24+ hours later, never answering questions, sharing your personal private information, lying, working with opposing realtors behind your back and sharing your personal information to sweeten the deal, offering homes that aren't even listed, ignoring questions and requests from potential buyers. Upon calling her out on the issues, the lies start flowing and she switches to a complete condescending attitude while trying to tell you that her twisted ways are in your best interest. Once she was terminated and we had to move to another agent in the office, (Charity Bayer, herself) the communication completely fell off. Nothing for almost a month until we decided to pull the listing all together. Shop around! There are better agents out there! Customer Service is a dying breed.
