However, once we got on site and realized the yard was not completed with sod, Desmond was slow to respond and said it wasn't in the initial quote- seems like he underbid as I wanted the whole front yard, to the road to have sod. The irrigation system was installed by an outsourced company and they did a decent job. However, Global Lawn Care told me I needed to pay $3000 for the sod. They came to measure not once, but twice. I allowed them to do the job and it was absolutely terrible. Half of the grass they use was already dead and the work was very patchy. The front of my house, which is the first thing people see is still bald in many spots. They left a pile of rocks sitting on the walkway...DANGEROUS!!! Although the staff are friendly, the work is very poor. I am not only in the process of looking for a new lawn care company, I'm considering seeking litigation for this gross wrongdoing. They also said they would install the sprinkler covers however they only put in a few and the rest are still sitting in the bag. BEWARE!!!

I have been asking him for 6 months to come look at some of my plants that have died or are dying. He gives me the stupid thumbs up gorilla reply on my text message and nothing else. He promised to be out at my house the first week in November, but he never showed. I have since found out he has done this to other people too. If a man cannot honor his commitments, then why should you hire hm. He is very knowledgeable about plants and landscaping, but does not warranty his work like he promises. Go elsewhere and look. Perhaps you can find someone that will keep their promises. Good luck Tim, once you piss off enough people, you will have no work and your poor workers will bear the brunt of it.
