So it was like a rural oasis when my mom and sister took me to Bean Vine & Spirits. I think I went to high school with the owner or that's what I was told. The place is an anomaly in rural South Dakota. It offers a variety of coffees, wines by the glass, and wine for purchase by the bottle. I had one of the pizzas. I will have to say the $3 cork fee is too high for this town of 2000. Overall thumbs up! I recommend if you are passing through this casino town. .

We ordered 2 pizzas; 1 pan pepperoni pizza and 1 thin crust sausage pizza. The thin crust was $8.99 and the pan was $12.99. I give them 4 stars because I value having such an option on nights when i don't want to cook and the pizza was reasonable in price. In addition it was ready about 35 minutes after I called in my order which isn't bad. The flavor and quality were okay. Nothing spectacular, but it wasn't terrible either. I also rated them 4 stars for consistently having low/reasonable gas prices. A nice little gas station that offers convenience, friendly service and good value.

The subs are well made, more options, and are bigger. For a couple of dollars extra, totally worth it. The service is almost always great and it's pretty quick. Also, the convenience store part of the gas station lets you pick what ever drink or side you want. Honestly the only down side is you're not going to find many places to sit during rush times like lunch, but that's about it. Rush times may take a bit longer to get a sub made too, but this is one of my two regular places to get food in town, so it's worth the wait.
