Highly capable Spanish speakers are mixed with lower level Spanish speakers creating frustration on both sides. The teachers aren't great at managing the class. A spirited student can dominate the class and take away from the learning experience. They cater to priests and nuns, this can be frustrating to a more liberal person who believes in human rights - the religious classmates tend to be very conservative.
