Fast and quicker then hwy 12 good for a date and clean not ran by teenagers and very good

last time we went 2 of us got water cups and they got pop instead, the tall white manager with a beard a low voice saw they got pop and made them pay $6 for a small water cup of pop. Understandable, they asked for water and got pop instead, but $6 is crazy. We avoided coming here because of that, but two months later we go to get food and as we look at the menu, the same manger sees us and says "yall here to steal again?" we stayed quiet, looking at the menu to order, as he asks if we're here to still again. We stayed quiet and walked out with no food, since we just kept getting asked if we're stealing. THEN we go ahead abt a month, my friend is at work at TJ Max, and that same dq manager is at Tj Max, and asks my friend WHILE he is on the clock, if he is stealing again. We purposely avoided this place to not see that manager, we go there one more time and right away says we're stealing, then he's comes to our work and proceeds to ask if we are stealing? We purposely don't go to 1st street dq because of him, but then the manager is off the clock, is at our work place, and still says we are stealing. Oh also not to mention, that last time we went to dq, the manager was SITTING on the counter where the hand out food as he was talking to a customer, and interrupts his convo to ask us if we are here to steal. read more

we ordered ice cream aswell as free water cups. two of my friends put pop in the free water cups, which yes you're not supposed to do which is understandabl, but then the manager comes to give us our food, and he tells them to go up front and makes them pay over $6 for putting soda in the free water cup. that costs more than a small drink. also, while we were looking at the menu to order, he kept asking our favorite color and denied when we said what it was, since we were all wearing black. read more

We went through the drive thru on a Saturday night. We pull up and asked to give us a second. Then we said that we were ready. I stated my meal. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with pickles with a shake and also a 6piece chicken strip basket with a shake. During the exchange the drive thru guy had to stop me because the computers weren't working. 3 mins later they started working again. Right before i drove up to the window, computer went down again. He tells us our order was $21.62. I get to the window and asked for a receipt, he could not offer me one because the computer went down. How could we get a total with the computers down? How can you not give me a receipt? Then the chicken sandwich didn't have pickles on it. We were so frustrated when we left. Also two times prior they closed 30mins before scheduled closing time. Ate inside one afternoon and we all ordered chicken strip baskets from the $5 lunch menu. (Several dollars cheaper than their normal price for the chicken strip combo meal plus you get a sundae or can upgrade to a blizzard for another $1) Food was good and tasted as expected. The staff could have been a tad more friendlier and maintained a smile long enough for us to finish ordering- but whatever. Restaurant was clean but found it odd they didn't have any salt or pepper on the table after not seeing it in the condiment area- asked staff if they at least had salt for the fries and they didn't. All in all; our orders came out correctly and the food tasted good. read more

The ice cream was wonderful nothing wrong with it. The worker was a very rude guy. The woman at the window was sweet to us but her manager or coworker was really mean to both her and us. read more

New Owners: Looks like there could be some learning to do. It's Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, 72 degrees and a line of 10 cars behind me. I get to the window at 9:32 PM after waiting several minutes. I was told that they're closed! Thanks. I showed up before 9:30, there's a lot of people behind me and you make a business decision to close? The window attendant kept saying ... "But we have school!!" - You don't have school tomorrow! It's Sunday night and tomorrow is Memorial Day. Owners need to manage the store better. Could of pulled in lots of money and not made customers unhappy. read more

Love the blizzards but they constantly have the flavoring at the top of the cup and the bottom just ice cream. Also, we couldn't get a swirl cone because they were out of chocolate ice cream. How does an ice cream place run out of chocolate ice cream?!?!?! read more

Service sucks, but it taste just like every other DQ.. Pretty popular spot come summer time.

The service there was really unsatisfactory. I ordered a banana split and it looked like a bunch of slop placed inside a plastic bowl. They failed to put a lid on it and the girl at the drive thru spilled it on me as she handed it to me. It went all over my clothes and seat belt. I wasn't offered a napkin or a lid. Even though I was clearly driving. I had to ask for a lid. I also ordered a chocolate milk shake for my fiance and as he was drinking it he spit something out that he said was disgusting and chewy and ended up throwing it away. It is definitely the last time I will use this Dairy Queen. There are a lot of young people working there who don't seem to care about how they treat customers or cleanliness. read more

I got 2 grilled plain chicken sandwiches, and was only going to eat the chicken without the bun. I open the bun up and there's (4) 1/2" wide strips as long as a finger. $5 for this sad excuse of a sandwich. The person I'm with gets the same thing only crispy and those chicken breasts were huge. Why hardly any chicken for me? Cuz I asked for plain? Next I asked for mustard and the guy tells me they don't have any mustard. I asked him, "what do you put on your hamburgers "? He said we don't have mustard to hand out, just ketchup! Dairy Queen needs to go out of business read more

Im a yelper. That being said As i walked in to the restaurant i had immediately seen a line full of hungry customers. All ready to gnaw on the employees for not giving them their orders. As i squeezed my way through the zombies of dairy queen I began to place my order. Getting a flamethrower burger because thats legit amazing! The cashier gave me my number. As i waited for my number to be called or for them to bring me thy food i have waited in nervousness as to what has happened to the order i placed. So i got up and see a flamethrower burger waiting for someone to grab it and be served. But no one was to be found. There were two people making cones, 1 person taking orders, 1 person working with the drive through persons, and 1 man cooking. No one was to be found serving meals. It had been 10 minutes of hell for I have not eaten yet. Luckily after the cashier was done taking orders he had seen the lonely burger and server me the meal. But! A long with it I received someone elses meal! So i said fudge it. And took it with me. I took it as a free meal for the long wait. And that is my story on how I survived. read more
