Of course, I immediately noticed that this showroom is pretty much entirely for those building or renovating kitchens and baths, but I just love to browse. No offer to assist, but she did say she must have been at lunch, not sure why that mattered. After that, she disappeared. We came back to the desk 3 times to get help, no one. I did see her hanging out with a designer and other team member, I'm glad the designer received assistance. I will not be back. I will not recommend to anyone. My assumption is they don't need the business. I can see how they have a good review from a designer as they were giving that individual quite a bit of attention. Once all gets installed, I'll write a follow up. Suffice it to say top notch is what we saw. No window escaped an individual measurement as Jake said no two are "exactly" the same. What a nice departure from the big box store mindset. Today, our blinds arrived on time with Colt & Dave to install them. We watched this team go to work and before too long they showed us how easy it was to operate the overhead system using the remote controls. I'm so glad Colt did this install. It was 21.5 feet tall! Still glad we went with Budget Blinds, no buyers remorse whatsoever. ------ Update 2/26/19 Today we had Colt return to our home with Donny. We needed those batteries replaced way up in the 21.5 foot tall great room remote open/closers for the blinds. We also asked about two blinds that are two years old that are slow to operate by hand. Colt took notes, and told us that he was replacing not just those, but also one of the remote controlled units up above for free! We ordered Five More Window sets. These guys are what they say they are and actually do keep their word!
