I explained to Agnus on my enquiry that I was disabled and though I keep my tiny one bedroom flat clean , there is dusting and higher shelves and lower shelves I cannot get to . I booked four cleans at £68 an hour. it's a lot for a pensioner but I was looking forward to the extra bits doing that I can't do . a young lady called Angus arrived with a gentleman. she mopped my floors with a huge mop that simply pushed the floor dirt around . The water in the bucket was not clean either . I was also told I could choose an extra room for extra cleaning but was told after 45 minutes that because there is two cleaners they don't do the 60 minutes . The next clean three weeks later Jan 2026. Three giggling , chatting to each other , in another language, women arrived . This "clean " lasted 30 minutes because there were three of them !! They didn't move anything to clean a table or shelf. A bit of dusting was done around things . The bathroom floor wasneven mopped, nor was my passage way ! The kitchen was given a lick and a promise . I phoned the office and on the third call it was answered by Lisa . I complained that the "work "that was done ... was hard to see plus the bit they did do I CAN do !!!! They also left after 30 minutes , saying it's because there is three of women . Lisa said that was correct because there were three women . I said I am NOT happy with this, as I was not told about the reduced time, according to staff . This cost another £68 each time . I have another two sessions to go at £68 each. I will be reporting this company to RIP OFF BRITAIN if my expectations are not met . It's a disgrace that promises are made by the office being Agnus and Lisa but these are not kept by the staff . Without us the public , using DailyPOPpins , your doors will close. I ordered a cleaning out of hours and received a text message the morning it was booked for that I should call back. I called, they said that they don't have any available spaces, I asked them to please check because I needed it urgently. The lady said that she will check if she can move around clients and she will text me back. I said that I am calling from a landline and she should text me on the phone she texted before. After a while, I didn't receive any message, I ordered another company service and asked for a refund. They said no. I called back and they said that per terms and conditions they will not refund me after a confirmation has been sent. I did not receive any confirmation. So they called me a liar. I asked them what phone did they send it to, they said the phone I'm calling from (the landline). Even if we go by terms and conditions, I was not aware that the booking was made, so I should be eligible for a refund. After arguing with the lady, I hung up the phone. Then some man called me for some reason. I didn't want to talk to them anymore, but he called me. He called me a liar too. I asked him to send me a screenshot of the sent message, he said he will and did not, obviously because there is no text in our conversation. He then laughed at me?! Laughed at me! I would strongly advise against using this service. It is very overpriced for the quality of the clean we received. The two cleaners arrived late and only stayed for 45 minutes, after doing a very light clean (even though I booked a 'midi' clean); they didn't even mop our upstairs floors! Many areas remained dusty and overall I did not see any difference in the state of our house, which was so disappointing and unacceptable after spending about £120. I then emailed Agnes to ask about this poor quality service and never heard back (despite emailing twice). Overall, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this service. This is re the Oxford branch - Very disappointed. I was shocked after reading the good reviews I was willing to pay a bit extra for what I thought would be a professional company who would do a proper job. They turned up half an hour early and no phone call half an hour before as promised which is not very good given they had a 2 hour window to come. No natural products. I was told I could pick one room to be cleaned more thoroughly but they didnt move everything off my surfaces and clean underneath in the room I chose to be the one given a thorough clean which they said I could select. Even the basic clean still had dirty marks. Two pans left dirty in my kitchen. I didnt even ask them to hoover under things or clean the skirting boards in the room (also promised) I chose to be cleaned thoroughly just to clean the bannisters which are still dirty. My windows were cleaned but not the frames. i was promised one room to be cleaned more thoroughly in a 2 hour clean and they couldnt even manage it in a 3 hour clean. They didnt fold my washing again something I was promised in a 2 hour clean. They also didnt apply my 10% discount and when I was ringing to complain it was very hard to get hold of them and the list of things they do in the more thorough room mysteriously disappeared when I went to look on their website. I know for a fact it was there as it was the reason i chose to go with this company. i am not an unrealistic person i was fully aware that I could only pick one room for a more thorough clean but this was not done. My house doesnt have a nice feel to it. So much for 100% satisfaction and round the clock customer service. Half the time there is no answer or they have onbe of those people who just takes messages on their behalf but cant actually help you.
