Can't complaint about the food quality, but very disappointed about customer service and communication.
Soon when I arrived in the restaurant I showed the waiter the zomato gold membership on phone and he accepted it. But didn't ask me to unlock the code. I questioned if I should unlock it, he said only need to unlock when I pay.
So when I pay the bill, the restaurant manager I think he is a chinese guy denied our voucher! He said we didn't unlock the code. I said I did grab acceptance from your waiters! However he still denied. We kicked up a fuss and in the end he gave us discount. I think the way the manager dealt with us was very unprofessional and a lacking of customer service experience. Especially his attitude is very bad and non-skilled. This is our first time eating at daikoku, and it will be our last. We will not go back again.
ZOMATO GOLD customers be aware of this restaurant and their lack of poor communicationn and service! make sure if you want to use your gold membership, please unlock of the code in front of the duty manager and get his acceptance before eating!!
