The entire staff made my, initially nervous, 6-year-old son feel comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. Martha was the assistant that stayed by his side from start to finish. It's tougher for kids to sit still for anything, let alone for X-rays, prophys and sealants, and she managed to get him through it all seamlessly and without tears or fear. She is the kind of rockstar all dental offices should have on staff. Dr. Pysnak was pretty incredible too; he was very patient and explained things to my son in an age appropriate way and also made him feel great and encouraged! The entire team was very accommodating and efficient with our time! We traveled over an hour to come here and we will continue to do so. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!!

The moment we walked in the office was clean, the staff was welcoming. My 3 year old was overwhelmed with joy to see a playroom. The playroom is kept extremely clean and is pirate themed. We just fell in love with Kim the dental assistant. She was calm, and loving toward my 3 year old son who is stubborn and and strong willed. She made us feel at home due to struggling with a big move and a new environment. I could not say enough about Dr. Coletti, this is definitely his joy, and passion. He was so wonderful towards my son. My son was nervous being in a new dental office. Dr. C has a great catchy song (which my son is still singing) and it was so helpful to calm him down. Dr. C's background is extensive, and impressive and makes me feel lucky to call him my child's dentist.

As a single mom living paycheck to paycheck, it is very important to me that financial information is communicated clearly. My daughter had dental work done in April, and I paid over $1,000 at the time of service. During the appointment, Dr. Olson explained that my daughter had developed additional cavities, so more work was done than originally planned, and I would be billed for the remaining balance. That balance ended up being around $900. I did not receive a bill in the mail or electronically--only a phone call from Kaitlynn at the end of August. I asked if I could set up a payment plan, and Kaitlynn agreed to $100 per month and told me I would receive a text when a payment was due. A full month went by, and I never received a text or a bill in the mail. If I had been told that I needed to call every month to make a payment, I would have done so, but that was never communicated to me. In October, I received a text stating that my account was overdue, followed by a phone call from Kaitlynn. At that time, I was told I needed to pay the full balance by the end of the year and that no payment reminders would be sent--I would need to call every month myself. I immediately made a payment covering the missed month as well as the current month. Being given incorrect information would upset anyone, especially when trying to budget and manage finances. I tried to give Kaitlynn the opportunity to show some understanding or compassion, but instead I was met with attitude during that conversation and every interaction afterward. On one occasion, she hung up on me because I did not respond quickly enough when she returned from hold. When I called back, the office did not answer, and she went straight to lunch shortly after. I have spoken with other staff members at Sawtooth Dentistry, and none of them were rude or unprofessional like Kaitlynn, who stated she is the office manager. They did receive their money, but I will not be treated this way again.

They were very thorough but also fast and soooo friendly. The waiting room had a fun kids area to make them comfortable and at ease before they got started. The hygienist explained everything very well so that my 5 year old wasn't nervous anymore. They were so sweet and patient with our 3 year old as well, and it can be hard to get a thorough cleaning on him because he bites a lot but we appreciated the time and effort the dentist took to really clean his teeth good and get a good look at everything. 100% recommend.

Here's a breakdown: We had a change in insurance. I have had this happen at other practices and they instructed me to provide updated insurance at my earliest but in the meantime they will invoice for the visit. Keep in mind, we have been going there for years, so they know us. Instead, they stated I had to pay in full while I was there, and if I didn't, I will have to pay a $50 cancellation fee for both daughters totaling $100 and reschedule, just because I didn't have my updated insurance info at the time. This is despite the fact that I have had my three children seen there for at least the last 4-5 years, with no issues with paying our invoices. They treated us like complete strangers and were only concerned about money, not even showing the slightest amount of understanding or care. The last concern is when I asked the front receptionist to speak with the doctor, she stated in a rude tone that the doctor was busy with other clients, which is strange since it was during the time the doctor was to be treating my daughters. The lobby was empty and there were no other patients walking in or waiting, which tells me it was an outright lie and she didn't want me to voice my customer service concerns with the doctor. It is very unfortunate that they have put money above long term relationships and care of their customers. I highly recommend not using this practice, as they are very unprofessional and care the least about their clients.

They presented all the cleaning tools in a way that was fun and intriguing so my kids let them clean their teeth and do a quick exam. They only saw one kid and refused to see the rest. They finished the first kid VERY early and could've seen the rest but instead cancelled and now will not see our son with a cracked tooth until we pay $75 PER kid. No grace at all. Very disappointing. We are now looking elsewhere and will not be back.

It's a wonderful distraction for my daughter who just gazes in the tv mounted at the Dr chair. She didn't even flinch or participate in any of the discussions we had with her Dr right there. It's like they go brain dead for a bit. As I said, for day to day, a no no for me. For when we need my kid to be very very distracted to be able to get her cavities checked. Wonderful. We hadn't stated the treatment yet but it seemed promising. We are excited to see how well she reacts to his treatment.

I know, how many problems can an under 2 year old have? If you're Indigo, not a lot but it's still important to get check ups. They have a standard kids waiting room full of toys and games, a fish tank which is relaxing, and little toy and book stations in the actual examination area. The dental assistant was very sweet she didn't want to make Indigo upset twice, so just let Dr. Cheryl do her examination. After that was done, with no drama, Indigo picked out a toy and away we went for a post appointment treat. They really strive to make the appointment as stress free as possible for the kids, this is fantastic, and prevents/minimizes fear of all things dental appointment related. I appreciate the fast front desk check in and check out, and their text message reminders. Indigo gives this place 40 stars for friendly people and toys!
