I haven't been to a Smoothie King in literal years. However, I happened to be near this location…read morewhile waiting for a book store opening. After waiting nearly an hour, I gave in to hunger and left the line to get a smoothie or açaí bowl. Either would have done the job. After reading through their menu, I went with the açaí bowl and I am so glad I did! I ordered their Go-Go-Goji Crunch as is and it was delightful. I devoured that bowl in one sitting. It was filling and it was super tasty - so tasty that I had to buy all the ingredients to recreate myself (at home). I'll definitely visit this location again when I'm on that side of town just for this bowl because apparently not all their locations carry it. As far as pricing goes, it's standard for what you'd pay for a fully loaded açaí bowl. Nothing crazy. The full ingredients include: Triple berries (strawberries, blueberries and goji berries) atop an açaí base topped with honey drizzle and Purely Elizabeth granola. And my overall rating is 10 out of 10!! Go get it!! There's ample seating indoors. There's ample parking out back as well as parking up front.

I'm honestly extremely disappointed with my experience at Smoothie King. I don't usually leave…read morereviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel like people should know what they're getting into before ordering. I placed my order expecting a smoothie and a reasonably quick experience, but instead I ended up waiting around 50 minutes just to get my order. Fifty minutes for a smoothie is absolutely ridiculous. The biggest issue is that the wait time was nowhere near reasonable. I understand that restaurants and smoothie shops can get busy, and I'm not expecting my order to magically appear immediately during a rush. However, there is a huge difference between waiting a normal amount of time and standing around for almost an hour. If the location was extremely backed up or having some kind of issue, customers should at least be informed instead of being left wondering what is taking so long. And unfortunately, after waiting 50 minutes, the actual smoothie wasn't even good. That's what made the experience even more frustrating. If I'm going to wait that long, I expect the order to at least be worth the wait. Instead, I got something that tasted terrible and honestly felt like a complete waste of my time and money. The quality did not match the price, and it definitely did not match the amount of time I had to wait.

North Lakeland, get your gears shifting right now and hit up Wildflower Nutrish as soon as…read morepossible! If you like a cute shop, friendly owners, and healthy products that don't taste healthy, well here you go. Wildflower makes incredible tea bombs- this isn't the tea you may think of. It's not herbally and earthy, they're actually super fruity and tart drinks that have healthy and natural caffeine- they'll get you buzzing. Trust me, they're incredible. Plus, way, way better for your body than a commercial coffee. They also make protein shakes, but in all kinds of flavors as well. My chocolate rolo one was the perfect offset to my fruity tea. Lauren, the owner was awesome and she runs this shop well. The way it's decorated is so aesthetic and on point. If I could have any suggestion it'd just be to have more seating- there's mainly the one couch and a chair, which makes it hard to let customers genuinely hang out and enjoy the products. If you've ever heard of or been to Bomb Nutrition in South Lakeland, this is actually the sister store, along with Auburndale Nutrition. So, they all have the same menu, and it's a good one. Don't forget to check their specials as well! Support your local businesses!!

I ordered the Tropical Sunshine Smoothie, and it exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly fresh, perfectly blended, and packed with vibrant, natural flavors. Every sip tasted like real fruits and wholesome ingredients, and I loved that they offer so many herbal add-ins and can explain the benefits of each one. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and full of positive energy. Whether you're new to wellness drinks or already love fresh juices and smoothies, this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. I'm definitely going to be looking for their bottled juices in local stores around Tampa because I want to keep enjoying them between visits. This place has earned a loyal customer, and I can't wait to come back. If you're in the Tampa area, do yourself a favor and stop by--you'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning your next visit!
