She is very responsive in regards to calls and emails. She made the finance aspect so easy and seamless. I personally haven't talked much with Marty. The few times I did talk to him, he was very polite and easy to talk to as well. Update now that the project is finished. Everything is still the same up above. Experience from start to end was a breeze. The crew was very quiet, polite, and extremely hard workers. I really don't have much negative to say about them. The few things I would recommend to Marty about the crew is as follows. -make sure they are keeping products, tools, and other items on the property they are working on. -making sure the crew doesn't leave products, tools, and other items on grass for long periods of time (days at a time or on weekends). This includes the new products and also the old product they removed. That's the only somewhat negative I have to say. Listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into spending more or upgrading to something out of our budget. I got 5 quotes, and they were not the lowest, but they were not the highest either (much closer to the lowest than the highest). They were the third company that came out and the first to provide a quote. -Never had to call twice or check in multiple times. Our salesperson, the project manager, billing, and scheduling always returned my call, email, or text in a timely manner. They nearly always had an answer for me, and if not, they found it. We were trying to decide between two colors but we wanted to see them on a house. They were able to track down two houses with each color, which was extremely helpful. -Always available for questions and to help clarify what was being done. We even decided at literally the very last minute to have them install an exterior door we had bought. When they got it framed out and installed they realized it was too warped. I got another door, and it had some hidden issues as well. These guys installed three doors in the same spot and never once seemed irritated or annoyed, and the work was perfect. -They referred to their crew by name. How a company treats their employees and contractors is a huge reflection on how they approach the quality of their company, their work, and how they view their customers. More importantly, people deserve respect, and I feel like they give that to their workers and customers alike. One of the other quotes we got, we were told they basically just get whatever crew who is available, and another essentially spoke negatively about their workers. This was a refreshing change. -The crew themselves. They did fantastic work that you can really tell they take pride in. They kept the area picked up, got a lot of work done in a short time, and we are thrilled with the way it came out. No shortcuts or anything halfway, really above and beyond. -Another person came out to power wash, and another crew for the final painting of the foundation, garage door, etc. Also the same level of professionalism. The paint crew even managed to cover/protect the river rock when painting the foundation, which I just assumed would get some paint on them, and again, everything looks fantastic. I can't think of one thing that someone would take in to consideration for a major project like this that these guys did not meet or exceeded our expectations.
