one of the reasons I choose to get an estimate was because of their no pressure statement, well it was ANYTHING BUT i felt like i had to say yes just to get the salesman to leave so I did the next day I could not get a hold of one person to cancel. They ran my credit despite me asking them to cancel my project. I felt so pressured and uncomfortable with this whole process still have not been able to get them on the phone going on a day now. read more

Just declined to accept their estimate and kick their rude asses out of my house, tried to say a simple shower installation cost $20,000.. Even grok and chat gpt. Said I did the right thing. They told me no one gets 2 or 3 estimates anymore that's a thing of the past, serious you can't make this shit up! Do not trust these jokers! And I did some more research there are reviews from all over the entire west side of the country saying this company is crooked and nothing but elderly scammers and what I experienced today every bad review is 100% right I wouldn't use this shit company if it was the last place one earth complete waist of time! The only good thing is your dumb ass retards that tried to strong arm 20 grand drove 200 miles for nothing read more

We got siding from Dabella in 2024. Their sales team and management here in Colorado Springs are very sneaky. They quoted us so siding and porch posts and beams. Team was aware of the asbestos that had to be removed before the work can start. They did help us find abatement company and said it would be 4.5k, Well, when we got the bill for abatement it was almost double. I paid deposit, and so we agreed to remove porch posts and beams from our order to compensate for the rest of the fee. Somehow I ended up with no porch post or beams and loan increased by the balance that they agreed to pay. When I reached out to Ben, he said they can reimburse me for the posts and beam because it's in my loan already but wasn't installed and then they ghosted me and I haven't heard back in years and a half. I would not recommend them as a company. Bunch of crooks read more

They begin their pitch talking about family values, honesty and integrity. Sadly, they followed that with a sales pitch that is no different than any other slimy, smarmy, fly-by-night operation. Their representative, in an effort to try to close the deal the same night, actually said the anyone who makes them come back to close a deal gets poorer customer service! After that, he insulted our intelligence by making the very public phone call to his "boss", who informed" him that a truck was in our area that just happened to be carrying overstocks of the exact siding that was needed. Please! If this is how your family business operates, your family is crooked and dishonest. Stay away from these crooks!!!!!!!! It made me sick to watch this guy stoop so low to try to close a deal. read more

Good salesman. Terrible follow up and mediocre quality. When the siding job was complete it took 3 months to clear leftover materials from my front yard and 6 months to be reimbursed. Had to hire add'l workers to complete the work. Online complaint system works well, they just won't do anything about it. Save time and money - just give your best friend $20 to kick you in the nuts. read more

Where to start, do not trust this company when it comes to finance area! We were looking at Siding for our home and Service Finance was the company they used. DaBella siding quoted us no interest, no payment and no finance charge for 5 years. We were going to pay cash, but the contract was sent to Service Finance Co and they said the info they received was not what was discussed so I declined the sale. This was in March of this year. Then on June 12, 2026, I received an Adverse Action Notice stating our loan was denied. I CANCELLED THIS, I WAS NOT DENIED THE LOAN. BE WARE WATCH YOUR CREDIT REPORT read more

This company's sales people are absolutely horrible. I have never been so uncomfortable in my own house. They would not leave. I thought I was going to have to call the police, to get them to leave. Do not allow them into your home. Was quoted 8k more than my insurance claim. Do not let them in your home. read more

Happy News! After posting my previous review, I was immediately contacted by DaBella. They are apparently under new management. I enjoyed having them come out to look at the ridiculous job that was done prior. It was nice to laugh at the absurdity. Needless to say, they had a crew out here and re-paired everything quickly, efficiently, and addressed every issue. I am very grateful for the immediate response. My gutters now work ! read more

No call no show on a free-estimate is an epic fail. Had a young man named William come up to me in my driveway last night to arrange a free estimate. That process didn't go smoothly and he had to return about 20 minutes later to have me converse with someone in a call center to confirm my information and time. Our neighborhood also has a very clear sign stating that solicitation is not allowed. Had left work a bit early today to make sure I was home to meet the estimator person. No show, no call. Pass on this company. Also, don't just look on Yelp, google them and check BBB before you talk any further with them. read more

SCAM - VERY MISLEADING PRACTICES!!! I booked a quote for DaBella because their ad said free or reduced cost windows via government rebates for those who qualify. Once they came to my appointment, they were nice but were "required" to go through 2 hours of sales pitch propaganda BEFORE getting to pricing and info on the program which is why I called them out in the first place. Their sales pitch included video slide presentations about DaBella, their history and even down to their logo. Why do I care about their logo? 2 hours in I finally got numbers and was told about the so called "rebate" program which was linked through our utility company and I'd get 40% of my Cost back in the form of a utility credit....or so that's what they said. I took the info and read through it on my own and the utility rebates did not cover windows. I asked for the government rebate program to which they said "I'm not sure yet doing more research on it". This is all so frustrating again, because I booked the consult to get the info on these programs. I was also offered a price for my windows that only lasted as long as they were in my home quoting me, as soon as they left the price expired. So I was left with no time to research this on my own without risking losing the $$discounts they offered. The whole process feels like a scheme. When they advertise free or low cost windows for those who qualify but then when you ask enough questions the truth is those programs don't exist. It's just a ploy to get into your home and make you buy windows under the illusion of some discount that doesn't exist, Or utilizing the one that disappears when they do. They wasted 3 hours of my time and I'm angry about it. 10/10 would not recommend. Update: someone from their office called me to get feedback on my experience and asked me to remove this review or rate it higher. I declined to do so since this actually happened and is factual as I feel consumers need to know this. Well, since then - they haven't stopped calling me and blowing up my phone. They've called me 8 times this week! Beware. read more

Still waiting for someone at DaBella to contact me. No one will answer my calls much less respond. I missed a deadline with the VA to get my corrected contract to them. Right now I'm at a loss to even know if the VA will be helping compensate a portion of the project or not. During the initial visit, Carlos stated that he would call the VA and that he works with them all the time to possibly get more money. I spoke with the VA last week and they assured me he has not made contact with them nor would they raise the limit for anyone. There is so much more I can add but I'm hoping to hear from DaBella to make this right. lemeron@me.com 720-299-7959 read more

Tried to see if we could get just a simple quote for a new roof. Had 2 sales people come out and give what was well over a 2 hour high pressure sales pitch. When I kept explaining I have company coming and I need to get ready they continued to pressure my husband and I into buying a 30,000 dollar roof and then going back-and-forth with their "manager" and back to us with a lower price, and a lower price and then ultimately ending somewhere about $25,000. Absurd. I felt like I was buying a used car. In the end, I had 15 minutes to spare to prepare for a party that I was throwing and I had nothing ready. I am absolutely furious with the grimy pushy sales tactics of this company with no regard for people or their time. Disgusting. read more

these jokers quoted me $90,000 for siding. wasted 3 hours of my time and it too me 3 attempts to get them to leave. don't let them in your house. Edit to add: they have now called me at least once per day for two weeks. Every call for a week I have told them "give me your best price or get fucked" they tell me they are writing a note in the file. 3 hours later I get a call following exactly the same script. Don't give these bums your phone number either. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone.  I had a DaBella's representative ring my doorbell and inquire about an estimate for new windows.  I was curious to know what the cost might be so I agreed.  An outgoing salesman met me the next day and immediately tried to find common ground with me.  He was nice enough and I was patient, but I had to keep reminding him about the windows.  Slowly we got them and I got a presentation on the product that he offers, he included videos on an ipad and a briefcase with their different window material.  He showed me all these excellent and curated reviews online and awards the company had won.  He talked about how it is family owned and they aren't a big faceless corporation.  He gave the history and background of the company sparing no details.  After nearly 2 hours I told him I had work to do and politely asked for an estimate.  He then slow-played this some more and went over high-end options and started filling out some paperwork and continued to show me pictures of different products and samples of different types of trim etc.  Finally I got an estimate for 8 windows and one sliding door (this is just one part of my house).  The estimate was for $33,700.  I said this was much too high.  He then called his manager to see about getting a discount.  After a choreographed conversation the price dropped to $27,000.  I told him I couldn't do that and he provided a different option with a few of the premium packages removed for $21,000.  I told this was still too much and that I really had to go.  He called his manager again, had another generic conversation and brought up a marketing option of using a business sign in my driveway to reduce the price even further.  And possibly using my pictures online (of course not disclosing my address or personal information).  Now the offer was down to $18,000 for these windows, but only if I agreed to the deal right then.  At the 3 hour and thirty minute mark I asked him to leave my house.  He was dismayed and unhappy.  He told me how solid his company was and that these windows had a double lifetime warranty.  He explained how much energy they would save me and how his estimated prices could not be guaranteed after today.  He did not seem to understand that I wanted to do my own research online or consider the financial impact of this large purchase financed for 15-years!  After asking him to leave for the second time he called his manager for the third time.  He told me that without ordering the sliding door, the cost could be lowered to $10,000.  I said I would not buy the windows for any price without sleeping on it.  He finally left saying that the $10,000 price would never be available again and that this was truly an amazing price.  He was at my house for four hours and 10 minutes. I would recommend running in the opposite direction if you ever encounter anyone from this company.  They are a high pressure sales team and their tactics seem unethical.  I cannot speak to their work or product, but I could not believe the amount of time I lost for this 'estimate'. read more

I'm a 100% disabled veteran. DaBella came to our house on August 30th for a quote. They took a check that supposedly was shredded and was quick to contact me for amother check. Carlos who came to my house for the estimate assured us DaBella works constantly with the VA and knows their policy on the matter but Carlos put glass doors on the contract and a seat that isn't authorized. I have no communication with DaBella as they won't answer my calls or texts. We shouldn't be paying for the glass doors and they need to put the adjustable seat into the contract as they have not even begin to start the project. Also Carlos said the measurements for the glass doors would be retaken by the installer prior to installation. I'm very frustrated over something that can easily be fixed by DaBella. I hope the owner reads this and makes it right because nobody else is. I'll add a new review after this is resolved with an update. read more
