Good salesman. Terrible follow up and mediocre quality. When the siding job was complete it took 3 months to clear leftover materials from my front yard and 6 months to be reimbursed. Had to hire add'l workers to complete the work. Online complaint system works well, they just won't do anything about it. I enjoyed having them come out to look at the ridiculous job that was done prior. It was nice to laugh at the absurdity. No call no show on a free-estimate is an epic fail. Had a young man named William come up to me in my driveway last night to arrange a free estimate. That process didn't go smoothly and he had to return about 20 minutes later to have me converse with someone in a call center to confirm my information and time. Our neighborhood also has a very clear sign stating that solicitation is not allowed. Had left work a bit early today to make sure I was home to meet the estimator person. No show, no call. Pass on this company. Also, don't just look on Yelp, google them and check BBB before you talk any further with them. read more

SCAM - VERY MISLEADING PRACTICES!!! I booked a quote for DaBella because their ad said free or reduced cost windows via government rebates for those who qualify. Once they came to my appointment, they were nice but were "required" to go through 2 hours of sales pitch propaganda BEFORE getting to pricing and info on the program which is why I called them out in the first place. Their sales pitch included video slide presentations about DaBella, their history and even down to their logo. Why do I care about their logo? 2 hours in I finally got numbers and was told about the so called "rebate" program which was linked through our utility company and I'd get 40% of my Cost back in the form of a utility credit....or so that's what they said. I took the info and read through it on my own and the utility rebates did not cover windows. I asked for the government rebate program to which they said "I'm not sure yet doing more research on it". This is all so frustrating again, because I booked the consult to get the info on these programs. I was also offered a price for my windows that only lasted as long as they were in my home quoting me, as soon as they left the price expired. So I was left with no time to research this on my own without risking losing the $$discounts they offered. The whole process feels like a scheme. When they advertise free or low cost windows for those who qualify but then when you ask enough questions the truth is those programs don't exist. It's just a ploy to get into your home and make you buy windows under the illusion of some discount that doesn't exist, Or utilizing the one that disappears when they do. They wasted 3 hours of my time and I'm angry about it. 10/10 would not recommend. Update: someone from their office called me to get feedback on my experience and asked me to remove this review or rate it higher. I declined to do so since this actually happened and is factual as I feel consumers need to know this. Well, since then - they haven't stopped calling me and blowing up my phone. Still waiting for someone at DaBella to contact me. No one will answer my calls much less respond. I missed a deadline with the VA to get my corrected contract to them. Right now I'm at a loss to even know if the VA will be helping compensate a portion of the project or not. During the initial visit, Carlos stated that he would call the VA and that he works with them all the time to possibly get more money. I spoke with the VA last week and they assured me he has not made contact with them nor would they raise the limit for anyone. Tried to see if we could get just a simple quote for a new roof. Had 2 sales people come out and give what was well over a 2 hour high pressure sales pitch. When I kept explaining I have company coming and I need to get ready they continued to pressure my husband and I into buying a 30,000 dollar roof and then going back-and-forth with their "manager" and back to us with a lower price, and a lower price and then ultimately ending somewhere about $25,000. Absurd. I felt like I was buying a used car. In the end, I had 15 minutes to spare to prepare for a party that I was throwing and I had nothing ready. I am absolutely furious with the grimy pushy sales tactics of this company with no regard for people or their time. Disgusting. read more

these jokers quoted me $90,000 for siding. wasted 3 hours of my time and it too me 3 attempts to get them to leave. don't let them in your house. Edit to add: they have now called me at least once per day for two weeks. Every call for a week I have told them "give me your best price or get fucked" they tell me they are writing a note in the file. 3 hours later I get a call following exactly the same script. I would not recommend this company to anyone.  I had a DaBella's representative ring my doorbell and inquire about an estimate for new windows.  I was curious to know what the cost might be so I agreed.  An outgoing salesman met me the next day and immediately tried to find common ground with me.  He was nice enough and I was patient, but I had to keep reminding him about the windows.  Slowly we got them and I got a presentation on the product that he offers, he included videos on an ipad and a briefcase with their different window material.  He showed me all these excellent and curated reviews online and awards the company had won.  He talked about how it is family owned and they aren't a big faceless corporation.  He gave the history and background of the company sparing no details.  After nearly 2 hours I told him I had work to do and politely asked for an estimate.  He then slow-played this some more and went over high-end options and started filling out some paperwork and continued to show me pictures of different products and samples of different types of trim etc.  Finally I got an estimate for 8 windows and one sliding door (this is just one part of my house).  The estimate was for $33,700.  I said this was much too high.  He then called his manager to see about getting a discount.  After a choreographed conversation the price dropped to $27,000.  I told him I couldn't do that and he provided a different option with a few of the premium packages removed for $21,000.  I told this was still too much and that I really had to go.  He called his manager again, had another generic conversation and brought up a marketing option of using a business sign in my driveway to reduce the price even further.  And possibly using my pictures online (of course not disclosing my address or personal information).  Now the offer was down to $18,000 for these windows, but only if I agreed to the deal right then.  At the 3 hour and thirty minute mark I asked him to leave my house.  He was dismayed and unhappy.  He told me how solid his company was and that these windows had a double lifetime warranty.  He explained how much energy they would save me and how his estimated prices could not be guaranteed after today.  He did not seem to understand that I wanted to do my own research online or consider the financial impact of this large purchase financed for 15-years!  After asking him to leave for the second time he called his manager for the third time.  He told me that without ordering the sliding door, the cost could be lowered to $10,000.  I said I would not buy the windows for any price without sleeping on it.  He finally left saying that the $10,000 price would never be available again and that this was truly an amazing price.  He was at my house for four hours and 10 minutes. I would recommend running in the opposite direction if you ever encounter anyone from this company.  They are a high pressure sales team and their tactics seem unethical.  I cannot speak to their work or product, but I could not believe the amount of time I lost for this 'estimate'. read more

I'm a 100% disabled veteran. DaBella came to our house on August 30th for a quote. They took a check that supposedly was shredded and was quick to contact me for amother check. Carlos who came to my house for the estimate assured us DaBella works constantly with the VA and knows their policy on the matter but Carlos put glass doors on the contract and a seat that isn't authorized. I have no communication with DaBella as they won't answer my calls or texts. We shouldn't be paying for the glass doors and they need to put the adjustable seat into the contract as they have not even begin to start the project. Also Carlos said the measurements for the glass doors would be retaken by the installer prior to installation. I'm very frustrated over something that can easily be fixed by DaBella. I hope the owner reads this and makes it right because nobody else is. I'll add a new review after this is resolved with an update. read more
