Boy, were we glad we found this place. We both ordered the same special: house-made tagliolini pasta, which was swirled in a wheel of parmesan cheese, then topped with black truffle shavings for 17 euro. When our dishes arrived, the pasta looked amazing and tasted just as good as it looked. They didn't skimp on the truffle either. The last bite was just as good as the first. We loved it. So much so that we went back the next evening and ordered the same thing. Fantastic house-made pasta, friendly service, and several house-made desserts to choose from. The pizza looked really good as well. Five stars in my book.

I always find them too chewy and uninteresting. But these ones were amazing. Lightly fried, crispy, not to chewy at all and with the right amount of salt - I ended up eating a whole bunch of them cause they were so enjoyable. Everyone should order those when visiting Forno D'Oro 2! Additionally, I was very happy with the white wine that was served - Scaia (a mix of chardonnay and garganega - see my pic).
