I recently had both our cars detailed. I'm super happy with the results by Da Vinci Collisions and Customs.

I would give 0 stars, if it was an option. After a collision in April 2022, my insurance company suggested that I take my car to Da Vinci for repairs. The body work that he did is very good, I will give him that. However, he missed a crack in my front differential. When my insurance agent and i approached Da Vinci about the additional repairs, he indicated that it was not related to the collision. My personal mechanic, Nissan, and the insurance company all disagreed with DV, and indicated that this damage was a direct result of the collision. The impact of the collision completely tore a pin out of the differential, creating a crack and causing all of the gear oil to leak out of my car. . . .creating a very dangerous situation. Fortunately, I had the car towed to my mechanic (after Nissan deemed the car to be unsafe to drive), who was able to work with my personal mechanic to repair the car. Would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. read more

Very rude workers . Quality of work is very poor but they will say that the legit complaints ppl have are coming from ppl who were never customers. If you can go any where else you should. Don't waste your time with them read more

I had to take my car here for repairs due to an accident I was involved in period my insurance suggested them. The work Took a while to complete because they were waiting on parts. The work was fair at best I've had to take my car back and have them re work on it because of the automotive tape they use not holding. I Also took my car back to have a bolt fixed that was a $50 Estimate. I drop my car off and told him I needed to back that day they said it would be an easy fix. They called me at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and told me my car was done but it was $250 because they broke a bit and it was not as easy as they thought. They never called me to tell me it was going to cost me more. Why should I have to pay for their bit that broke that is cost of doing business. In both instances we discuss the issues with the owner, who is very rude, and not easy to get along With. In the end, he basically told us he would hold my car hostage until we paid him in full even though his estimate was $50. We have told many family and friends about this and encourage them never to use him even if the insurance suggested. We also have contacted our insurance agent to advise him of lousy business practices I would give devinci collision negative stars if it was possible. read more

By far the rudest small owned business I've dealt with! Rude to the customers, the insurance agent, and the tow truck company. I understand that people are short staffed but being rude ain't the answer! All that does is make you lose customers and gain bad reviews. It literally cost nothing to have good customer service but poor customer service, now that can be costly. read more

I had my car worked on after a collision that I was involved in. I took my car to Davinci Collision and Customs and was extremely impressed with the work that they did.. They were extremely professional, detail oriented, and treated me like family. Giancarlo was amazing, he was very knowledgeable about my vehicle , and made sure that everything was done properly. The work was done in a timely fashion and my car looked brand new when I picked it up. I would totally recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs any repairs and or custom work done to their vehicle. I will definitely be back in the future if need be. Those guys did a great job on my focus after I was backed into they fixed a dent in the back from where I had a stroke and bumped into a utility van they are awesome Thank you so very much. This shop is AAA+. God Bless for going above what I expected. read more

Worse customer service ever. I actually downloaded and joined yelp just to warn others. They have the worst hours mon thru fri from 9 to 5. The only form of payment they except is cash. I was referred to them by my insurance company. It took two weeks to fix my damage, no big deal, but not once did I receive a call to update me on the progress. Eventually I called them and the guy was very rude acted like I was bothering him. So about 2 weeks after I dropped it off I get a call at 4 pm on Friday. Exact phrasing "Your cars done, picking it up today" not your cars finished when would you like to get it. Keep in mind I live 40-45 minutes away, they only except cash, it's 4pm and they are only open till 5pm so no I'm not going to be able to pick it up today. The guy then gets hostile about how my insurance company won't pay for a rental after the repairs are finished (FYI I declined the rental and was driving my boyfriend's spare the last 2 weeks). Why would they call someone an hour before they close knowing they won't be open again till Monday? So I finally go to pick up my car and leave work on my lunch break because I work mon thru fri 9-5. I called ahead and let them know I was coming. I get there and the first thing I see is my rear door is sticking out 1/2 an inch further than my front door. I point this out to him and he says it's a minor adjustment. The minor adjustment took almost an hour to fix so now I'm late getting back to work. They also had some sort of glue smeared all over my side mirror which he had to clean off with solvent. If you say a car is finished it should be finished. Was he going to let me drive off with my door sticking out. Terrible service, shoddy work, aggressively mean staff, and overall a horrible experience.
