So wow, Gertrude and ALWGC4HC (what a pretty acronym! Just rolls off the keyboard like buttah! Ok, henceforth, she shall be referred to as Awesome.) Dang. Anyway, Gertrude and Awesome were chatting, and Awesome is a-freaking-mazing. Just genuinely sincere and... Awesome! Gertrude decided she wants to see Awesome every week. I know! Fascinating stuff, right?! Here's where Awesome first showed her sparkling luster. Awesome carefully helped her mentally through which days of the week might not be good for Gertrude, based on things like a senior food delivery, when her adult daughter comes to town to help her out, etc. Finally they decided on a day; by now I was nearly in tears at the awesomeness and thoroughness of Awesome. She cares about her clients so much, she can't hide it. So then it was my turn. She remembered my name! I only told her it on the phone when I booked the appointment. And etc, she is the real freaking deal. She is giving me a ride a mile back to my semi when she is done, because she can't bear the thought of me walking on the rain with a fresh new dye job I adore this place. Adding it to my truck GPS and requesting a load through OK to Waco once a month from now on. Update; I LOOK FREAKING AMAZING!!
