had a day in Ravenna, Italy...our ship docked at 2:00 pm...right in the middle of Siesta (when most…read moreall businesses close down)... our mighty cruise leader had made arrangement with Hook to be open for us. we didn't get to order off the menu because of their limited staff during this special opening...so it wasn't a traditional experience. instead they had a pre fix menu that they brought out...starting with some tapas, then a variety of pizzas...and lastly dessert...i also ordered a bottle of sparkling to accompany my meal...yum The only guests in the restaurant...we were about 6 different groups. The staff all spoke Italian but used their English to take good care of us. food was all really good... prices were reasonable... nice view of our cruise ship 1 euro ferry ride from ship side to this side yes i would return =)
