The worst restaurant of Porto Cesareo

I am Italian, and and it is the 3rd summer in Porto Cesareo, we eat out every day and everything is delicious and fresh almost everywhere except in this restaurant.
It started bad and ended even worse. We stopped there because we were tired and thought any place should be fine.
It takes a few seconds to notice that all the waiters are clueless and have no experience, but we thought maybe the cooking was good... Same as the waiters..
We ordered a bottle of prosecco, I had to open it myself cause they just left it on the table. I even made sure to look at the staff and made sure they saw while I was slowly opening the bottle... No reaction !
The menu has an fresh or frozen indication on a couple of dishes, marked with 1 or 2 *. The food we ordered had neither.
Grilled vegetables: tasteless, no let me correct that, tasted only of cheap vinegar, tasteless would have been better.
Orecchiette porcini mushrooms and clams: horrible Frozen mushrooms that just overwhelmed everything else, even the overlooked clams.
Mixed Grilled fish: we thought you can't miss that, there is gorgeous fresh fish everywhere, they sell it in so many shops close by... They to ruin it by mixing frozen and fresh food again, 2 shrimps were fresh, Sword fish also but weirdly seasoned could not finish it, and the seppia was like hard rubber. Nothing else on the dish, very underwhelming considering the marvels you can find in most restaurants here.
We left most of the food on the plates, none of the 3 waiters that came by said anything, maybe they are used to people not eating most of the food they order...
We just asked for the check asap, they managed to screw it up also, counting items not written, wrong prices.. Not to mention that prices are a bit above average, just never go there and tell anyone sitting down they should leave !!
