Commutation was not the greatest leading up to the date of installation. I wish I took that as a hint to run away. However, I unfortunately did not. I was never informed of any concerns with wrapping the door garnishes. You can see pictures of the shoddy installation attached to this post. After complaining, I was informed that he is not a "body shop" and does not remove pieces from the car in order to wrap them. Not sure why this was not communicated to me prior to installation. Mind you it takes all of about 10 minutes to snap them out. They did refund $500 of the $750 that I was quoted. They offered a full refund, but being that I could live with the roof, I opted to pay $250. I removed the door garnishes as soon as I could! Fast forward to now, I am wrapping the car myself and just removed the wrap from the roof. Imagine my extreme disappointment when I see several razor blade cuts that were applied straight to my car! After being in the business "for 25 years", you'd think they'd know that knifeless tape exists just for these purposes! But no, I now have razor blade marks going through my clear coat! Pics are attached of those as well but it is hard to capture in the picture. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere to have your vehicle wrapped! Marianne has a serious communication problem. She would disappear for weeks at a time and not work…read moreon the wrap for our company vehicle, then come back with 15 different excuses, some of which didn't even come close to making sense. She would apologize and then disappear all over again. After having to babysit her to make sure she was working on our project and putting down a cash deposit, I received a request for the second payment to her that was almost 1800 higher than the quoted amount with no explanation. When I questioned the new amount, she admitted she sent the wrong invoice. She then wouldn't tell me what day they would start the wrap on my company truck. This Marianne woman then starts yelling a bunch of nonsense at me on the phone and asks me if I would like my deposit back. So she took my money, didn't do that she was supposed to in the timeframe she set, then she quit after wasting a month of my time. And the kicker? She won't confirm when my deposit will be returned. Describing this woman as unprofessional is the nicest thing I have to say. I am happy she quit because dealing with her is an absolute waste of time.

I just received my package shipped from this location to my home in CA. Nothing marked fragile or glass on the box! Dishes and bowls not wrapped individually but piled together and wrapped together and no peanut styrofoam to cushion between pieces! I now have 6 pieces that are broken! I'm not sure if anyone in a supervisory role reviewed this packaging job it's so bad!! I will be calling tomorrow!! Not happy these items were from my mothers home who passed away last year.
