The owner, a disdainful personality, is thoroughly detached from the business. He's quick to tell you he's been in business for over 46 years though, so customers can lump it as he slinks into semi retirement. Can't get him to return a call, but he finally managed to take time between fishing trips to sue us for final payment on this half-assed job - that's what it took to get his attention. Be careful what you sign. Oh, and you will probably sign it with his young nephew who will immediately be unreachable.
