Had to get 911 involved- SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT GO HERE…read morethe most unprofessional staff and dentist I've ever seen in my life. at the time of booking an emergency appointment, I told them I would require an insurance invoice. first they asked us to pay cash and they did not provide an invoice. they said they would provide an invoice on our follow up appointment. the day arrived and the receptionist said to come back because she did not know how to make an invoice. I ran after the invoice for 10 days. first they asked for an email address, then they said they cannot email invoices, so they asked for fax number and once I called back with a fax number, the receptionist took down the number and said the dentist would like to speak to you. Attara picked up the phone and said " DO NOT CALL HERe, YOU ARE TROUBLING ME'' and he hung up the phone!!!! The dentist is very rude and condescending. when I went again in person, they had no idea what an insurance invoice was. at this point I was way too frustrated and taken for a fool, I called 911 and they showed up, as soon as they arrived, my insurance invoice was ready. Save yourself and do not go there, they are bunch of thieves and I dont even think their license is Legit!!!!

I went in for a cleaning/check up/x-ray/bad tooth since I hadn't had any of that done in years. I wasn't made to feel ashamed for waiting so long and in fact was assured with a smile, "You're here now." Upon entering their office in meeting their staff I was even more impressed with the personal treatment they gave each and every person that was there the hygienist and the dentist for both versed in dealing with nervous patients and took their time to make me feel very comfortable. I love the fact that they text you your appointment the day prior of so it's a great little reminder for those people out there like myself who can be forgetful of things like this. I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kuzina to anyone especially if you're afraid to go to the dentist even for a simple cleaning.

The children's corner put him at ease when first getting to the dentist, from there he was told to pick a toothbrush and toothpaste himself, and anyone with a toddler knows that letting them get involved as much as possible makes a world of difference. He also got to choose a stuffed animal that he could practice teeth brushing on. He jumped onto that treatment chair and from there was a pro at getting his teeth looked at and cleaned, of course watching his favorite cartoon at the same time was a huge help. At the end of the treatment, he got to pick a toy from the little vending machine. He was initially very hesitant when told he would be going to the dentist, but since his visit, he has been asking when we can go back cause he had 'so much fun'.

I have to say that moving my family over to Dr Biskup has removed a huge weight that I didn't realize I had been carrying! Dr Biskup has one goal: taking control of your family's oral health. Period! Every visit has been only for that! There was no upselling or trying to convince us that we needed to do more just because we had some insurance coverage. He cared about our teeth and making sure our gums were healthy. All that with warmth and answering everyone's questions and allaying any fears anyone might have. The peace of mind he and his hygienists have given our family has been priceless.
