Sod was installed on Friday and was already turning brown on Saturday. I followed the watering instructions exactly as advised to. Called my lawncare company on Saturday to take a look at it. They stated and documented that it was "one of the worst sod jobs" that they have ever seen. The sod was not green when originally installed and was installed with patches of dead grass from the first day. I decided to give his company a shot even thou he was a small business with very little reviews. He also stated that my palm tree was dead and needed to be dug out. I consulted with an arborist who stated that my tree is fine and just needs more time from the cold winter. Billie is very unprofessional, defensive and a poor business owner with poor work ethics. I don't recommend using his company.

I do not recommend Climb Tree Family or Ricardo, the owner. My experience was extremely…read moredisappointing, and I felt that Ricardo was very dishonest about the price and what he promised to complete. Our agreement was $3,000 for one full day of work. Ricardo specifically told me that within that one day he would completely remove the tree, along with completing several other jobs around my property. Based on that representation, I agreed to the $3,000 price. At the end of the day, the tree was not fully removed. Ricardo then told me that finishing the tree would require another full day at another $3,000--essentially doubling the price from what I had been led to expect. He also left debris behind that he had told me he would remove. When I called and asked him to return and pick up the debris, he told me he was already done for the day and would not come back unless I agreed to give him the additional work. At that point, I told him he was no longer welcome back on my property. If I had been told from the beginning that completing the tree could cost $6,000 instead of the $3,000 I was quoted for the day's promised work, I would have made a different decision. Based on my experience, I found the entire situation unprofessional, misleading, and very disappointing. When a business owner gives a customer a price and specifically says what will be accomplished for that price, I expect them to honor their word. I would not use Climb Tree Family again and cannot recommend Ricardo or his company.

They came out same day I called, looked over everything thoroughly and even walked me through the process of having my electric sevice disconnected prior to the tree work. Day of the work, they arrived promptly on time, worked straight through, and cleaned up afterwards. They followed up on work we had previously discussed to the letter without having to remind them of anything.
