With everything I've been dealing with with my car, he could have easily just done the work and left it at that, but he didn't. He has continued to check in, respond to my messages, and help me figure out what could be causing the problem. What I appreciate most is that he didn't give up on me or my car. He has genuinely been determined to get to the bottom of the issue and make sure I'm not left stranded. It's not easy finding a mechanic who actually cares about their customers and wants to see them taken care of, and Gary has definitely shown me that he does. I'm honestly forever grateful for the time, patience, and effort he has put into helping me. If you're looking for a mechanic who is responsive, honest, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Gary. He has definitely earned my trust and appreciation!

These nice people were, prompt, courageous and efficient in getting the mower repaired and back to me. You won't get this at Any of the chain stores, or on line retailers. The peace of mind, when buying big ticket mechanical item, is very important to me. I'm secure that Vern, and the crew, at Main Street, has my back.

Dropped off a pressure washer after one season of use with a pump that would not pass water. Reason…read morefor that early failure was due to not flushing the pump before putting up for the season. Left it for repair. They called the next day to either spend near the cost of total replacement or pick it up. I paid the $35 service fee and took it home. At home it was obvious a wrench never touched the brass. Did some lite reading on what to do and ordered the six check valves for $15 off ebay. Put it together yesterday and running fine.
