Over the phone, I was quoted $290 for a necessary repair. In person, when they had already taken…read moremy car in the shop, they told me it would be almost $400. With tax and their 3% "surcharge" for credit card payments, the bill came out to over $440. That's crazy. When I asked why it was so high, they just said that they didn't know why the phone quote would have been so low, but the fee was going to be what the fee was going to be. Also, I just found out when I tried to use it today that my Lane Keeping camera isn't working. So not only did they NOT fix what was broken, they broke what was working. If you bring your car to this dealer for repairs, you're insane.

The car was towed to the dealership and we were told we would receive an update the next day about the diagnosis. No call that day. They weren't open the next day (Sunday). No call on Monday, so we called in for an update and were told that it was being diagnosed and would call before the end if the day. No call by end of day again. Lots of promises were made about them calling us and every time we had to call in after they failed to update us when they said. Finally we received a diagnosis that the coolant had been leaking for quite some time and we would need a radiator replacement. The tow truck driver looked in the radiator and felt the radiator hose and noticed that there was no coolant iwhen he picked the car up. He even commented "it should've never left the garage like this." We questioned how it wasn't noticed at the oil change when we dropped the car off and were told by one representative that coolant levels aren't checked during oil changes?!?! Even though the paperwork received has a place for checking coolant levels in the laundry list of items that are checked during oil changes. If they had checked the coolant level during our oil change it seems to me that they would've noticed the low level before we were stranded on the road. That area was given a red with notes that we need to do a brake service at the next visit due to mileage. Nothing was mentioned about the coolant level so I do believe they didn't check it. This seems like gross negligence. It's also piggy backed on the last time we brought our car in for an oil change and tire rotation they noticed a screw in one tire and said that the tires needed replaced. We get tires from a different establishment so I refused that suggestion. I paid the bill which included the tire rotation fee. When I asked the representative where the tire with the screw had been moved to she checked with the mechanics who said they hadn't rotated the tires! Since our tires wore out around 40k miles it makes me wonder if they actually never rotated the tires each time I brought the car in, despite me paying for the service?!?! I also wonder if the radiator replacement was prematurely necessary due to possible negligence as well. Do honda radiators typically fail at 50k miles out of the blue? We no longer trust the service at this honda dealership as a result and won't be returning.

D and S auto brokers, better known as Dirty and Slimy auto brokers. Just like many other fools we…read morebought a vehicle from these crooks and are here to regret it. Drove it for two days, now it's in the shop for $1500.00 worth of repairs. If you are stupid enough to buy a vehicle from these scumbags don't trust the warranty they sell you, it's worthless. The only reason they get one star is because it won't post my review without giving one.

Within one week of purchasing the vehicle (no warranty) it started running hot. Not every time I…read moredrove it but when you least expected it. I kept 2 gal of water in the back at all times. After the 3-4 time, I finally found the leak (hose busted at the clamp). The following week I had the car serviced (oil change) because the car told me it was due. I also replace the rear wiper because it was dry rotted. The next week it ran hot again. The serpentine belt had shredded. While replacing the belt the mechanic found the tensioner was cracked all the way through. It fell apart as soon as he took it off. I'm now into the repairs to the tune of $400. On the way home from getting that done the car made a horrible noise, lost power, and shut off. I had to have it towed home. It is now sitting in my front yard useless. I will not believe these crooks didn't know this car was messed up when they sold it to me. It was understood that I could not afford more than $200 p/m due to being on fixed income. He finally "got it down to $240" but that was the best he could do. While signing the papers he tells me that I could buy a 20,000 mile warranty but my payments would increase an additional $40. I would have been at $280 and I couldnt do that. I now have a gigantic paperweight in my front yard.
