We have not noticed the roof getting white (we were told it would) thus the 4 stars. We are still waiting for the roof to get white!! Our siding looks soooo good!! We were happy with the siding and are waiting for the roof, though. I'd attach photos if I knew how to do that.

The team really took their time to be sure they scrubbed all the spots. They worked hard for a good 3 hours. Our cement has never looked so clean. Worth the money alone), cleaned and repaired the logs, then applied a blending color of chinking and finally stained the logs and the cedar shake siding on an addition. Very high attention to detail, and quality of work was better than I was likely to do myself, but more importantly, was pro-active in solving problems with rotting wood, and aesthetic issues with my original color scheme, taking care of problems outside the original task at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

We were having some drain issues on a Sunday. Yeah, I know it was a weekend of all days, hence why…read moreI only contacted companies that took call, open 24 etc. I started with companies that had 5 star rating, let me be clear I was willing to pay a fair price. I happened to call Rollie's as they fit the criteria. From the minute the owner answered the call, he sounded annoyed. The longer the conversation went on I was feeling like i was a bother. He genuinely made the call uncomfortable, that I even asked if he wanted to do it (wants the business) and that I could get someone else. He made me feel like I was interrupting his Sunday, which I get I was, but it did say this business was 24/7 on call. He made sure to say it was going to cost me and that it was a 40 min drive; his tone was condescending. I had him on speaker and even my husband was appalled by his behavior. I decided to end the conversation with that I would get someone else, that he didn't seem like he really wanted my business. I ended up getting my problem fixed with a different company that had superior customer service from the first phone call all the way through to him walking out of my home with my problem fixed and at a way cheaper price than your quote. Customers don't want to feel like we are putting YOU out or that we are a bother. Customers don't need to put up with rude businesses. We can bring our money elsewhere. There was a legit reason why I needed it fixed on a Sunday. If you'd rather spend family time with no interruptions, might I suggest you close your business to weekdays only. Even if I were to have believed you that it was no problem, your tone suggested otherwise. I don't even think I could have trusted your work or the end price for that matter.
