We couldn't stick around and let them let us put waaay tooooo much $$$$$$ into our 06 pacifica... sob. They helped us sell it and get on the road. I got online to find a tire place while he put on the spare. One place didn't have it, the other never answered the phone, the other had a FOUR HOUR WAIT!! So our only hope was to go to the long wait place. We show up and the guy doesn't even have the tire that we need. He then refers us to this place and I couldn't have been more happy. They got us in right away replaced all 4tires with brand new ones for $599 and this was all done in a matter of 20 minutes!!! Unheard of!! We couldn't believe it and they were the nicest people ever from the tech who changed our tires to the receptionist to the manager/owner. Great place great people.

I have never been more appalled by people running a business. Then again, Fort Morgan is full of…read moresnot-nosed brats who work and are just snotty to those "less-than". First of all, you aren't better than me. Second, don't treat me rudely just because it inconvenienced you to fix my vehicle. I don't care about your pathetic problems and I didn't ask you to be rude to me. Also, don't say one thing and do another. Now, let's start with my reason for this review. -Customer Service What customer service? They were rude the moment I walked in the door and don't get me started on how crappy the owner was to me. The lady working there was even worse. She had an attitude problem just like the men that worked there. I didn't have $7.50 to pay them so they went ahead and did it anyway then they had the nerve to tell me I still owed them even though they said don't worry about it. Their words. So what does the owner do? "Just get out of here!!!" just as rude as possible. -Fixing the Car Oh, they got it fixed alright. After that they tried to break it by forcing the speedometer to a thousand miles an hour. I don't give a crap who you think you are, you respect another person's car or how about I do that same thing to yours? Only thing is, I hope I wreck it. Force you to get a new vehicle. See how that works for you. -Payment I'm sorry but you've already accepted the fact that I didn't have the $7.50 and you went ahead and fixed my vehicle, I shouldn't have to worry about the measly $7.50 I owe. Maybe instead of telling people one thing and doing another, try keeping your word. It's what people should live by and if you can't do that, then you deserve to be shut down. All these problems and this place belongs to NAPA believe it or not. NAPA, if I were you, I'd find someone else to run this business or your going to lose customers very fast. All in all I will not recommend this place until they get their attitudes adjusted so if anyone breaks down here in Fort Morgan, good luck because you're going to need it. They don't care about anyone or their property and I think its high time someone shows them just what respect is. I will never come here again until I'm treated better than just a measly peon that got in their way. It's not my fault the car broke down. I deserve better from people who are mechanics. As for anyone else, become a mechanic yourself so something like this doesn't happen to you. That's my recommendation.

Other body shops' estimates all included new doors, paint, etc and ran $2500-4000. Since I was paying out of pocket, I shopped around and was delighted to find someone willing to pound it out the way things used to be done. And the final bill was $1500. I was very pleased with the finished job--can't tell at all--and with the professionalism of Troy and his receptionist Julie. Highly recommend!
