This business moved to a new building on Isleta Blvd and they do excellent processing. Took my wild game meat to grind into hamburger and they did a great job. They ran it thru the grinder twice and add the perfect amount of suet/fat which made the meat most and delicious when cooked. Will definitely use again. Not sure why it shows business closed? I've have lived across the country and used game processing venues east coast to west coast, ect. D&H is the definition of integrity. I brought in 150lb amount of meat and received 150lb of meat after processing. You get what you pay for. You can used another wild game processing venue in Albuquerque, but many "locals" know what I experienced. read more
