I would never recommend this service as they are not very honest or nice people , I was told I…read moreneeded my struts replaced but I said they were replaced withing the past year and I was then told they were faulty , so I thought he would know best and insisted if the were faulty I wanted them back to claim under the warranty , They wouldn't honer the warranty as they said there was nothing wrong with my struts so I had another two independent assessments and both said my struts were fine , so off to VCAT we went and I was awarded my money back and after the allowed 2 weeks for payment with no payment made I started calling them and the wife of the family business made it all to clear they will pay by the due date on the letter , VCAT don't pt due dates so I called Vcat to get the forms to lodge a non payment claim and went to the Magistrates court this morning but really did not want go this far so in a final attempt I sent a text to the husband who was always polite to ask they pay me before I do need to file this , It was payed a short time later followed by a very nasty email from his wife say I was a lair, she said I lied to VCAT and that because I said I needed the money to get food for my kids I was a bad parent , i was called a loser a crazy bitch and she hopes karma bites me on the bum .......I have the email if anyone needs proof ...

Can't even install spark plugs properly on my partners LS1 after spending over $7000. RACV got it…read moretowed back to the local mechanic, found 3 of the plugs were hand tight and not torqued correctly, after fixing he suggested to get the tune looked out by his tuner. It was a generic flash tune. We had it fixed and talked to the staff in the office and they were incredibly hostile and blamed us for not bringing the car back even though we were stuck in Gippsland with this rubbish work from Horsepower factory. Exhaust and other work was good but obviously no quality control

His price was 35% less than the dealership, plus he told us that a few items the dealership had indicated were necessary actually weren't. Wow, that was amazing! Since then we've taken our vehicles to Aussie Tune and always have been super pleased with the quality of repairs, the cost and definitely the service. Oh, and they have loaner cars at no charge. A trustworthy independent mechanic shop is hard to find, but Aussie Tune is it!
