The rate for that is $130ish. Not bad at all! They were scheduled to come to our house on my day off (Thursday) to pump the tank. They called me on Tuesday and said that they were on my street and would like to just see what they had to do while they were in the area. I was out of town so my wife had to come home on her lunch break. They were there for about 15 minutes assessing the situation. Fast forward to Thursday, they arrive at my house and do the exact same thing they did on Tuesday!! And then proceeded to tell me that they had another job to do so they couldn't do ours! So, I'm a little ticked at this point. They call me back two days later on Sunday and asked if someone could be at the house at 7:30am on Monday, which was no big deal. However, they came and were wanting to dig up our yard (for $1 a minute) and re-line our pipes from the tank to the city lines. I told them we didn't want to do that and we're going to move the washer back to its original location where it was going to city lines. They said it was a good idea and just dug up around the tank so they can come back and pump it. It took them 5 minutes to dig. (They got to our house at 7:40am and left by 7:50am). They finally came back later on and pumped. When we looked at our bill, it was for $270! A lot more than $130. Not a lot of money, but we didn't understand why it was so high. So we called the main office and they told us that because they had to come out 5 times, there were 5 service charges! 4 of the 5 times they came out, they did the exact same thing! Do not recommend them to anyone!!!!
