When I called to schedule the 8 hours of driving instruction, we were put on a waitlist, which I had heard was common everywhere. The wait was about 2 months, which was what they had noted it would likely be. I called to check in and they kindly scheduled all my daughter's sessions. My daughter's instructor was Rich and he was excellent. He was kind, relaxed, funny and personable, making my daughter feel relaxed and at ease. But he was also fair, professional and incredibly helpful in providing guidance, feedback and insight to my daughter to prepare her for her driving test. I had a few calls with D&D for a few other things/questions and the people I spoke to were always kind and helpful. My daughter took her test and passed. One of your drivers was driving behind me on Dorothy Lane. He had road rage as he sped by us blowing his horn!! He was in a burgundy Ford Camry, with the driving school sign on top of his car. Crossed in front of us as he sped up to turn left at the RED light. He scared my 82 year mother as he was blowing the horn, we were on our way to Kettering hospital where she was going to get chemo. Not a great way to start the day with this crazy person on the road. Also a poor representation for the D&D driving school. I wouldn't recommend if you have a teacher like this, that is going to teach road rage!! read more

they did make it right and got me in for my last one on the same day so that is a plus I am taking my drivers ed through the Dnd drivers ed and dont get me wrong my driving instructor is great and so was my teacher but the problem is when they choose to cancel a in car they did it at the exact time I was supposed to be in the car and we had to drive 30 mins to get to my pick up location and I already had my drivers test scheduled for the next available time after today because it's was supposed to be my last in car with an instructor. They sGould have told us at least 30 min in advance because the radar showed the weather and that is why they canceled it's been on the radar since yesterday so they should've notified us earlier. read more

Just followed one of their instructors vehicles for a couple of miles on a two lane road. Vehicle was a Black Honda Civic license plate was FMK6895. Drivers side brake lights where not working. If you are instructing young drivers on how to operate a motor vehicle they need to know how to check their vehicle for proper operation of ALL lights. Customer service is abrasive, rude, and made the process confusing with poor communication and assumptions on what parents should/shouldn't know. My son's driver was sweet and helpful but literally everything else about this company has been terrible to deal with. Will never recommend! read more

The office staff in my opinion is clueless. After scheduling all four of my child's in-car lessons, the office calls at 4pm (and they close at 5pm) to change the times the night before. It should be noted these classes were scheduled in July for the end of Aug times. After completion of the online final test, my child went to turn in the paperwork and test. He also had questions. He was told by the staff to wait till DnD calls with the results to ask his questions and refused to answer his questions. When they did call with the passing results they tried to set him up for in-car lessons which he had already completed. Now that the test is completed and the in-car driving is completed and the DnD certificate is in hand, DnD is sending emails about scheduling in-car lessons (it is sept when I write this) the emails are for a lesson sept 27 and aug 24. I would not recommend at all going to DnD is my personal opinion based on experiences with them. read more

I recently took a driving class with D & D driving school recently. The instructor, Darrel was the rudest man. He was a tyrant over the class constantly threatening to throw people out of the class and fail them and keep their money. This was a class full of adults and he proceeded to treat all of us not even as children but a warden over a prison. He was very disrespectful. The old house on Salem avenue where the class was held was cramped, dirty, and had visible rat poison out in the room! The bathroom partially worked and was very dirty. DO NOT USE D & D DRIVING SCHOOL!! read more

Instructors incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They definitely don't treat you like you are paying them for a service. There are driving schools that will appreciate your business more. read more
