After spending Memorial Day Weekend stressing about the terrible racket our engine was making when we rolled into town with our camper, D & D was able to squeeze us in to check out the problem. Tried to store my trailer there. Made an appointment drove 100 miles with my trailer to Polson after making an appointment 2 days before and was turned away by a rude secretary. Griff was awful to work with. No apology. The gate was locked and no key. Instead of an apology. Griff demanded that we not rent a trailer storage. I have livedhere 29 years and never in my life been treated so rudly. Don't do business with these people. I'm so completely angry and dissatisfied with my experience with this business. 0/10, would recommend going ANYWHERE else. I had a sign made for my business four years ago. The sign has not held up at all and I am beyond disappointed in not only the sign but also the customer service I have received regarding the issue. When the sign was originally delivered it was not at all what I had envisioned or paid $800 for. It was nothing like the design I had approved and very cheaply put together. I had written an email addressing my concerns and received a rude phone call from the owner swearing at me and calling me names for being dissatisfied. I took the sign back and in again person expressed my concerns about the sign looking extremely cheap, flimsy and that I was worried that it would not last in the Montana elements. I was ASSURED and GUARANTEED that this sign would last many years. It has only been four and it is already separating and looks terrible. I wrote another email over a month ago asking about that guarantee and the promises they made me and have gotten no response. Absolutely do not recommend. Used them to store my trailer for a couple years. They did an excellent job keeping it safe, secure, and climate controlled. Prices were extremely reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to store anything, short or long term. read more
