Tried to do an Uber Eats order, only to be informed this place was out of literally everything in…read moremy order (four different items) after I'd already placed the order. Of course, the suggested replacements were either twice the price or half the quality of what I actually ordered. As a result, I had to frantically cancel the order, and by the time I did, it was too late to place a different order with a different liquor store due to the time liquor stores are required to close in my state. Thanks for nothing other than a headache and a blood pressure spike! I can understand running out of an item now and then, but falsely representing your inventory to this extent is just plain false advertising. Thanks for making me waste my time frantically canceling the order through Uber Apps support. I definitely won't try placing an order from here again, and I strongly advise everyone to be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS of the "suggested replacement" items if you place an order and, after accepting the order, you get a notification they're out of everything or almost everything you ordered. If this happens to you, go straight to Uber Eats help and tell them to cancel the order because the merchant is out of all or most of your items. They will cancel it for you. Please learn from my mistake and don't order from here. Lord knows I won't try it again.

So when I walked in and saw it, I just grabbed it. Didn't check the price assuming it wouldn't be much different. Grabbed my other bottle and checked out. Total was $90. Got into my car and started thinking about my total. I know the other bottle I bought was $12. Called and asked the price of the Jameson and he said $70!!!!! They don't accept returns and said that the owner is the one who prices the liquor. Absolutely ridiculous to have a $20 price difference. Almost made me sick to my stomach. The worker was very apologetic and said he should've mentioned the price of it but I said it was not his fault. I just cannot believe it. I know it's really my fault because I didn't look at the price tag but come on.... $20??

As well as the individual that helped me find what I was looking for had a great knowledge of the store and knew where everything was, and I was looking for like eight things. also, while I was checking out two other employees had such great attitudes and we're great to talk to, so lucky that I moved in near this liquor store as you're not expecting to have a great experience when you go to a liquor store mainly when you get home from the liquor store, but if I ever have any questions, I will go here before any place else.

Mick the manager was super friendly and helpful since we stepped in the door. Mick was very knowledgeable and took the stress away from deciding on what wine to choose from the many wonderful options in their store. All we had to do was tell him what we were in the mood for and our price range and he narrowed down and suggested some really good options. Turns out Richard's is a subsidiary or something of Spec's so if you have a Spec's membership, you can use your discount here! We will be going to this store more often since the service is A1. I recommend that you visit! No crowds and it's clean and organized with very professional associates!

I was hoping for a more personalized experience and maybe some guidance from a knowledgeable staff member on choosing a good bottle. I came in during the middle of a workday and was the only customer in the store, yet the man behind the counter didn't speak to me or offer any assistance the entire time I was there. I was also disappointed to later discover that the bottle I purchased was very heavily marked up. The same wine was available at H-E-B for significantly less. I understand that a specialty wine shop may charge a premium, and I'm happy to pay a little more when that comes with knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here, so I won't be returning.

She was a different nationality with an accent. I don't believe she took my constructive criticism well.. It was an alcoholic product that went by the name of V something. She had a red bottle of it and a purple. We both got a shot of the red V- and it was nasty! To me, it tasted like cherry cough syrup medicine mixed with too strong of an alcohol plus it was warm not cold. Even though, the sampler had the drinks on ice. It probably was fake ice come think of it. The vibe of the liquor store was dead when we first stepped in with a whole long line from the counter to the back. Then a lady came in waay too throwed and buzzed. She was bubbly, all smiles speaking to everybody. Looks as if she had be drinking all day. She even spoke to the elderly man buying vodka for a bunch party goers. Real cool! The cashier lady was also very friendly. She is a older mexican woman. She also had switched her mouth to smile mode. She was speaking to everyone who came in and who was in line waiting. The whole atmosphere was laid back. The shelves were nicely stocked with signs of what it was and where it came from. I saw a few sick shaped bottles. I saw one shaped as a skull and AK-47. All of the vodkas are located straight back from the checkout counter-mostly the whole wall. They also have miniature bottles of alcoholic beverages near the cashier. And if you taste test the only way you can get a t-shirt is to buy a bottle. The store front has a weird theme: a Chihuahua in space or "high" with a name of UFO. Makes one wonder.. lol. Might be back since it's right next door to a vape shop.
