Truly and excellent service. They provide the service for a fee but it is one that most insurance companies will cover, minus the deductible. Since the insurance company doesn't ban them, my assumption is that they are not overcharging their customers. They also continued that excellent work on our new gutters. The price was outstanding after the inflation we've seen in the past two years and the crews were friendly, hard working, and, professional. A great experience. And, though she is well aware, the owner, Kristy R., is the very best. She feels like family and a friend. One the two occasions that we have worked with her company, it just felt like I was chatting with my sister on the phone. She is truly exceptional. The best company, at the best price, with the hardest workers, and the friendliest service in the area. Choose Superior the next you need a new roof, gutters, rehab, whatever. She'll take care of you!

They scheduled an appointment for 3 days later in the AM, but did not call me to let me know what time. I called them that morning and they reassured me they would call me back to let me know what time. At 3:10 I have decided they don't need my business. I feel like the communication between the office and the employees is nearly non existent. This is a fair review of this company. I would encourage other people to find a company that is willing to #1 communicates better, and #2 do what they say they are going to do.

Most companies weren't open again until Monday morning, some advertised that they are open 24/7, but then either the phone would not be answered or an answering service would answer but no one would call you back. We called Borski and they were extremely responsive and the gentleman was out within 40 minutes, fixed and cleaned our unit, and was on his way. I also asked him to give me a quote for a new A/C unit and he said my unit was very good even though it was aging, and recommended that we not get one until next year at least. He just seemed like a very down to earth, honest person and I would be happy to do business with them again, though we obviously hope we don't have a breakdown again!
