It appears the radiator cap was missing and probably they forgot to put in any fluid. Would cost me 3000 euros to repair which I can't afford so my car has been scrapped. They refused to take responsibility even after an expert said it was. Their response was prove it, sue us. STAY AWAY!!!!!! They are completely incompetent. Unfortunately I have found loads of reviews saying how awful they are after the fact.
