Once installed, the technician went to connect the wires and found there was no 220V outlet to connect the compressor to. Sadly, the guy left me with a nice looking AC that didn't work. So this morning, I found an electrician (also via OLX) to come over and see about connecting the split to a power source. Sergio, from Elektra, chatted with us first over the phone and then via whatsapp. We send him video and images of the current situation and after taking about 15 minutes to assess the problem he quoted us a very reasonable price and said he'd send an electrician out the same day to fix the problem. Within 4 hours of speaking to Sergio, there was a tech at my door and within 30 minutes of him being here, my split is working perfectly! Next time there's a need to install a split AC, I'll turn to these guys first as they not only handle the installation part, but can also deal with any electrical issues that come up. Super professional and great service. They service Zona Sul.
