She behaved like incompetent person not willing to hear the problem when assigned her juniors to treat the patients or least give time to hear the query. 2.Lagging Duty of Care as i was not treated appropriately or least was not even informed that they dont have expertise to handle this treatment. 3.Made false accusations that i come everyday and dont pay although i had a receipt of payment nad only went on appointed time. Nevertheless she refused to treat on the last scheduled termin.
