I had made calls to several different places being told they were mostly booking 2-3 months ahead. As I just lost my glasses, and my last prescription was too out of date to use again I was in a huge hurry to order glasses for driving, etc. Wheatfield Eye Care fit me in only having to wait 1 day. I was examined by Brunilde Matuszak, O.D. She, and her husband Brian, are both on staff to do examinations at this shop they own. Brunilde was very thorough and patient, taking the time to compare different strengths as many times as was necessary to ensure I received the very best prescription. She also explained all she was doing as she went along, and made me feel very comfortable at all times. I received my order just a few days later and am just thrilled with them. I'm convinced it was Brunilde's thoroughness that has provided me with the best vision I've ever had. Thank You so much for making time to take care of me so promptly. When the lenses came in they didn't get dark therefore they had to be remade again. The second time they came in they still weren't correct. When I called to inquire about it the gentleman was very passive and stated "you have lenses they just don't get dark" I stated I understand the lab messed up the lenses for the second time however I've paid for them and I want what I paid for and as the seller instead of getting nasty try trying to treat me like a valued customer not as if I'm disturbing you. He offered free lens clothes, are you serious? By the time I get the lenses for the 3rd time it will be 6 weeks. No I don't want free lens clothes refund some of my money

By 6pm after watching another woman walk out super upset without being seen, I did too. I asked how much longer it would be once before I left but 30 mins after my scheduled visit was where I tapped out. I didn't reschedule. I was told they had a few walk-ins. The two people with the appointments had to leave to accommodate the walk-ins. I would've appreciated a call letting me know the Doc was running late and given a choice to reschedule. It put me and my ride out as my car is currently in the shop. The lady at the front was a nice, it wasn't her fault but unfortunately I wont be returning. It's funny that patients are charged late and cancellation fees yet Doctor offices don't pay their patients a fee when they are late.
