Our server did come over and was attentive initially, but that completely fell off throughout the time we had our meal. We did try their homemade glass of wine, and it left a lot to be desired. Even though she explained it was a dry wine, it still tasted sweet and it was thick. It even had a strong after taste similar to cough syrup. The Pilsner was nice and cold. We did try the tomato soup and the garlic bread, which was good. We also tried the Hungarian Pancake and the Casserole. I ordered Hungarian and it was very flavorful as was the Casserole dish. Did I absolutely love either dish, I did not, but it was good. I truly think this is going to be an individual preference. What I will tell you is, the food will take 30+ minutes to come out, as they say it can take 45 minutes at the bottom of the menu. Make sure you have an appetite as they serve a LOT of food for your order.

All tables were taken later but we arrived early and my wife and I were quickly given a table for two hours since we did not have a reservation. We questioned the size of the main course pumpkin potato dumplings in a wine sauce and the waitress offered a smaller portion as a starter. We both had the Gołąbki made with wild boar in a beer and mushroom sauce rather than the expected tomato sauce. As we finished the maitre d suggested their special desert of mascarpone and blue berries and sour cream. When we hesitated he offered two half servings. What can I say. They are also great sales persons and justifiably. Everything was delicious!
