Absolutely awful service. Ordered from them last night at around 7.30pm. Was told they were busy and that we'd get our delivery in 45 minutes. No problem.
However, come 9pm we were still waiting. Their excuse over the phone was that they were busy and it would arrive soon. We were not given the option to collect.
Well, it finally arrived at around 9.20pm and we could eat at last. The driver did appologise, but his explanation was that he had to go to one of the outlying villages first. To us that didn't seem to be right considering we were round the corner and he could have dropped ours off first before going there.
We however got the impression that they had forgotten about the order and quickly put it together when we rang again to check. But of course didn't want to tell us that. Then when the driver returned from the outlying village hopped into his car and came to us with his excure.
Either way we had our food. Albeit cold, but we had it. For such a long delay to be honest we expected a discount to encourage further use of the establishment. However, none was offered and we will never use this place again.
The food was not very good either. We went here because we thought it would be quicker than a chinese. Next time we'll go to the chinese instead!
Everyone was polite, but they didn't think of our needs and just assumed we'd wait and be happy when we got the food. read more
