Real Property Management Premium in Zachary are horrible people to work with. They take advantage…read moreof their property owners. As long as you are following their recommendations which is not in your best interest you stay in their good GRACES! But if you go against that they turn on you. Specifically, Billy Duncan and Caleb Steimel are not professional, they are rude, they don't like you questioning them about anything, they both appear to be racially biased, and oh they also like to hang up in the property owner's faces. The property owners that you represent don't get services from you for FREE! When property owners are paying their hard-earned money and trusting that they are being taken care of and being treated fairly, they expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. Which they don't know anything about. The Tenant they placed in my family's property, is crazy, and nasty, and they destroyed the property. We are having to come out of pocket with over 45K with licensed business professionals to get the house back like it was before the Tenants moved in. Mind you the house had renovations done before the tenants moved. We did over 5K worth of renovations and upgrades to the house. The tenants broke windows, left a bunch of holes in the wall, and the list goes on. I am not one to usually write reviews however this company has pissed me off to no end. If they have done this to my family, imagine how many other families they have and are doing this to. I believe in working with honest and trustworthy people. These people are crooks and far from being honest, loyal to their property owners, or trustworthy. I would not recommend this property Management place to a flea or a roach and I hate them. Please do your research before you sign on. We are highly dissatisfied with this company. Choosing them is a waste of time and money. The % you pay them to manage your property is NOT WORTH the headache you will have to get your property back in good standing. Based on the way they act and handle business, it makes me wonder if this is a legitimate business or a money laundering enterprise because something is very off.

If you have the option, go with another company. Their maintenance team is good so far but the…read moremanagement is terrible.

Zachary Parkside - I was sitting at this table studying. The new manager stated this entire area prohibited to tenants.

And no one seems to have records of requests to get things repaired when a new person comes and it's just like starting over every time. But tests still not done. I would not recommend this apartment complex due to the recent change in management. When I first…read moremoved here in July for educational purposes, I was pleased to find a welcoming environment that felt like a home away from home. Unfortunately, my experience has since been disrupted by the new management's unprofessional and dismissive behavior. Recently, I was quietly studying in the common area when a staff member, who introduced herself as the new manager, approached me and asked if I was a resident. Instead of a courteous introduction, she told me I was not permitted to study there and had to go to the business center, explaining that the space was "only for prospective tenants." When I asked if this restriction was part of my lease, she responded that she didn't have access to my lease, citing her new role as the reason. This seemed misleading, as the lease clearly states that residents may use common areas. To confirm, I reviewed my lease immediately and saw that I was, in fact, allowed to use the common areas. I contacted the new management company, "Maestri-Murrell," to discuss the matter with Katy Peairs. Rather than addressing my concern or verifying the lease terms, Katy agreed with her colleague without further investigation, asserting I could not use the common area. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to investigate the matter has been deeply disappointing and indicates a disregard for residents' rights. Further research revealed that this management company is not in good standing with the Better Business Bureau, a status that reflects my experience. Unfortunately, my lease does not offer an option to exit in the event of a management change, and I am committed for six more months. However, I do not plan to renew under this management, and I strongly urge others to carefully consider their decision before committing to this complex under its current management. I uploaded a picture of the table I was quietly sitting at , that suddenly isn't a common area under new management.
