It was like talking to a friend, there really wasn't any structure to the appointment and just a 'see where the convo takes you' flow. What I can tell you is that it transformed my mentality after the first session. It made me realise that this negativity whether right or wrong was only affecting me and my family and that I had to get rid of it to enable me to move forward. In a matter of weeks it has transformed my thinking. I am far more positive, no longer feel hate or anger towards my family and have actually tried to understand why they are the way they are. This is just the beginning of an exciting journey that has led me to investigate the power of our subconscious mind and I'm enjoying every minute. Thank you Vanessa!!
