When I did, it took 3 seconds to tell it was the same friendly happy guy. Its hard to find this kind of passion and service in a bikestore in sweden these days. He spent 30 minutes to search for a little bolt I needed, searching thrue the whole shop and calling a couple of stores close by. He figured out how to solve my problem with a part that was meant for something ellse. My impression is that other stores wants to sell new bikes to cash in easy money and dont care to put in efforts like this.

And he's about the only bike guy who's actually nice. It's not the fastest place (it can take a couple of days to get a tired fixed), but that's about the only possible downside. They get very busy on the weekends, so it can take awhile to wait in line, but you can book a time online in advance. Their prices for parts aren't the cheapest, but I think their high-quality service department is an excellent value, and I'm willing to pay a bit extra to get the help of their knowledgeable staff. They also have a great selection of products in-store.
